For this task it was really hard to choose from all my hobbies. You could almost call me a hobby-collector. This right here is an image taken from my latest hobby that I have been learning from by doing; paper-crafting. I love fixing my own birthday-cards, scrapbooking, decorating boxes by mixing media with tags, tapes, stencils, cut-boards you name it.
I dare anyone to try it out. Its very relaxing to see your creations with the simplest ads of colors and dies.

Paper Crafting Technique of Lion Heads
Lion head paper crafting has a long history in Hong Kong. The birthday celebrations held for deities in villages are usually accompanied by dancing lions or other auspicious animals. They worshipped at shrines and temples to report to the deities, and hence lion head paper crafting emerged. The lion head costume comes in Foshan 佛山裝, Heshan 鶴山裝 and “Fo-He” 佛鶴裝 styles. Some craftmen depict the lion heads in different colours to resemble historical figures from the Three Kingdoms such as Liu Bei 劉備 (yellow face with multicoloured patterns and a white beard), Guan Yu 關羽 (red face with a black beard), Zhang Fei 張飛 (black-and-white face, green nose with a black beard), Zhao Yun 起趙雲 (green face with a black beard), Huang Zhong 黃忠 (with yellow as the main tone). Lion head paper crafting comprises four processes, namely crafting the frame, mounting the paper, colouring and decorating 紮作，撲紙，寫色，裝上裝飾配件。

This is my first origami .. Chinese Thread Book.. in the middle of making.. ha.
Fill the blender about 2/3 full of water. Be kind to yourself and let the water temperature be between tepid and bathwater warm, no need to go plunging your hands into cold water.
I took up quilling some months ago and I love it. It takes a lot of time and patience. But I think its an non-traditional kind of quilling, since I don't use a quilling tool for the most part. Anyways, a shot of my most recent undertaking. :)
By the way, that sewing needle in the cork is my makeshift quilling tool :P
I saw something like this in a Christmas magazine too. They used book pages on theirs and flat cardboard for the roofs. I printed out some Christmas carols in some nice fonts for my houses. I think they'll look great on my peppermint tree!

This was an experimental Lego building technique that I've been dying to try for a while. Basically, some sets use uniquely cut sheets for wings, sails, and clothes. I wanted to take this concept to it's logical extreme to see what happens.
I took heavily inspiration from the Forma sets, but I wanted to shake things up and make a fully posable figure. I'm very happy with the results! And the best part is that technically all the connections are legal because they all appear in official sets! I'm a purist, so that's important to me.
It was originally a part of paper craft calendar which my uncle designed. And I just created my own version with using MUJI’s hole punch.

Then I decided to re-draw everything and do this.
I gave it to her, too, so she can choose.
