Getting older does not automatically means getting uglier. During FlashInvader walk in the 18ème I learned that number 197 looks better than when I visited almost 10 (!) years ago when it was painted over. A space invader restorer has done his or her job perfectly. At least one mirror eye is visible again and the real colors of the tiles are black again.

A boy meets girl moment on an alternately sunny and rainy morning in the 18ème arrondissement of Paris.

Showbus 2018: Leyland Tiger PS1/1 / Duple C35F EAV 458 was new to James Sutherland of Peterhead in 1948 as fleetnumber 117. With the rest of Sutherland's fleet, it passed to Walter Alexander & Sons Ltd in March 1950, becoming PA 197. On the split of the Alexander "Empire" in 1961, it passed to Alexander (Northern) as NPA 197.
Dublin Bus PA 197 and SG 404 are seen on O'Connell Street. The former is on route E1 to Northwood while the latter is on route E2 to Harristown.

PA_207 [20 points]
In the Rue Damrémont , close to the Cimetière de Montmartre and PA_197, this space invader has landed on July 23rd, 1999 (installation date). The graffiti around this one seems to be removed one day, but the space invader has been untouched by the facade cleaners.
