being in the mood for spring i had to sew a new skirt, of course! ;)
sewing skirts always makes me happy!
Model created in 2017. This is one of my favorite resulting pieces, though it doesn't have a really nice folding sequence. Maybe someday I will revise it.

Camera with new shutter.
The original shutter for this camera was a sliding blade. Hand-held pinhole images were rather difficult placing the index finger in an odd position and creating a lateral shift/jerk. I replaced the slider shutter with something of a more classic "press" with rubber band return. The band can be looped over the trigger for long/time exposures.

Crocheted this tiny sheep. I used the same method as popcorn, sewing individual balls onto the body.
Elasmosaurus designed and folded by me, Diego da Silva, in 2008.
This is a new version with teeth and better flippers.

The only part I really like from my cat is the head, so I folded only the head.
Maybe not a great model, but a good exercise to practice closed folds.
Elefant, model created in 2017. This one is folded with a 20x20 cm square Keppera paper.

The donkey with saddlebags uses the same base with slightly different proportions
This was another OAS contest.
Two color sided 15x15 paper.
It is a 2D model, pretty easy.
I also have a (more complex) 3D model, soon I will upload pictures of it.

Here it is, my new pillow. I had so much fun making it.
I've used both printed and hand-dyed fabrics, the quilting is done with 8 different colours of thread.
Base for of the small dragon.
As you can see, a 22.5 classical distribution. It is very easy to enlarge wings just with a grafting along the diagonal.
Last OAS challenge of the year 2017: toro (bull).
Once more, from a base I already used for other designs. Believe it or not, for this bull I started with the demon base. I had to change several things, mainly to shorten the tail.
