William Alfred Cocks of Ryton [1892-1971] Collection
Ryton Congregational Church Sunday School outing to an unidentified location [possibly West Wylam, Northumberland] in the countryside. nd [1904]
William A Cocks of 18, St Mary's Terrace, Ryton, was a well known local watch and clock maker and a keen amateur archaeologist and photographer. His father, John Cocks was a Newcastle Bank official who wrote for the Hexham Courant as "Old Cross" for many years, and was closely involved with Ryton Congregational Church. William Cocks was also probably a member of the Church and recorded its activities.

If you wear sandals, you are not going anywhere near the sea without taking them off - the water will be cold.
The two older boys already know about Sister's rules, wearing wellingtons if there was any chance of playing in water was always the best idea on a trip outside the grounds of the Home.

Monsterface and I went exploring the alpine tundra today. It worries me how dry it is...normally you wouldn't be able to get up here except by snowmachine this time of year. Wildfire season may be bad this year.

This is not a Femulate parody. It is an actual ad from 1969.
Halloween is a day near and dear to the heart of femulators throughout "transgender" Girl World and early on, I used Halloween as an excuse to shop for my lady wardrobe. (Didn't you?)

A brief visit to the Science Museum seemed to fit the bill.
The OCOC has a goal of making outdoor sports more accessible to students. To realize this goal, we have two major functions: renting gear and organizing trips. The largest trips happen during Fall and Spring Break. Any Oberlin student is eligible to participate in a trip, and participation is determined by lottery. We rent gear to any student any time of the year besides the summer.

We watched an opera performance on the roof of the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium! The sound from the opera was broadcasted over the radio so we could listen in our vehicles. Applause was done through everyone honking their horns! It was a creative way of having performances during the Covid-19 pandemic!
