About the attached masterpiece:
Mark Knopfler's new special recording of his anthemic 'Going Home (Theme From Local Hero), produced by his longtime collaborator Guy Fletcher (who has edited the contributions into a 9 minute piece), features an unprecedented line-up of some of the greatest guitarists in history. 'Legendary' does not begin to cover it - David Gilmour to Ronnie Wood, Slash to Eric Clapton, Sting to Joan Armatrading, Bruce Springsteen to Pete Townshend, Nile Rodgers to Joan Jett, Brian May to Tony lommi, Joe Walsh, Sam Fender and many more jaw dropping names.
And, in a great honour, the track opens with Jeff Beck's final recording.
Roger Daltrey, Teenage Cancer Trust's Honorary Patron and co-founder of Teen Cancer America (with Pete Townshend), added harmonica, and Beatles icon Ringo Starr is on drums along with his son Zak Starkey, their two drum tracks switching from one to the other, revealing an unmistakable family style. Sting completes an extraordinary rhythm section on bass.
With artwork designed by Sir Peter Blake (The Beatles, The Who, Band Aid, Paul Weller etc), this release is a landmark in rock music history.

La historia de los amantes de Teruel tiene gran calado entre los turolenses que todos los años celebran una fiesta en la que se recrea la historia de los malogrados Isabel y Diego. Declarada como Fiesta de Interés Turístico Nacional, se celebra desde 1997 solo se interrumpió en 2021 por la COVID.

Skye's entry into “The Riot Girls” was purely serendipitous, a fortunate accident in the grand theater of virtual existence. Ronnie, a soul seeking refuge from the relentless cacophony of the outside world, found solace within the velvet embrace of the BlackHouse club. It was there, amidst the swirling digital smoke and pulsing rhythms, that fate orchestrated a chance encounter with Skye. Initially, their connection was a fragile seedling of friendship, tenderly nurtured by shared laughter and whispered confidences, prompting Ronnie to move to Skye's Sim, where she presided over a bustling rental enterprise, a vibrant tapestry woven with the threads of commerce and camaraderie. Their bond deepened over time, like roots intertwining beneath the soil, growing stronger with each passing season.
Skye's captivating conversational skills, a veritable symphony of wit and wisdom, instantly charmed Ambre, elevating her to the status of one of her dearest friends. Mornings often found Ambre and Skye entwined in animated discourse over steaming cups of coffee, their voices dancing through the air as they delved into the kaleidoscopic tapestry of diverse topics, exchanging tales of the vibrant happenings that painted the canvas of their SL life. Given Skye's undeniable passion for music Ronnie extended an invitation to join the band. Their collaboration proved to be a period of unparalleled joyous creativity, a symphony of collaboration where individual notes harmonized to create a masterpiece of collective expression.
Skye distinguished herself as a gifted rhythm guitarist, her fingers dancing across the fretboard with the grace of a seasoned maestro, her rhythmic precision and chordal command captivating audiences, weaving spells of sonic enchantment that left them breathless and yearning for more. Regrettably, as life's unrelenting demands tightened their grip, pulling Skye back to the mundane realities of the physical world, her participation in concerts became impossible, a bittersweet farewell to the stage that had so readily embraced her talent. However, Ronnie and Ambre will forever cherish the treasured memories of performing alongside their dear friend Skye, a radiant star, a constant reminder of the power of friendship, creativity, and the enduring magic of "The Riot Girls."

EDIT: Four months after I posted this pic (created for an entirely different subject), my daughter, who was pregnant at the time, was murdered. She should have been out-of-state, on a birthday travel vacation, but Covid19 shut everything down and she couldn't go. If not for 45's intentional mishandling of the trumpandemic, my daughter would be alive, today. So, one of her killers made a plea deal to serve 23 years (less than one year for every year of my daughter's life), because that's what WA State calls "life." And, while I keep on living, I will never get on with my life. My state doesn't currently have the death penalty, and that's all I live for, to hear he died. To hear news of the deaths of everyone involved, because I don't believe he acted alone

Bekannt wurde sie mit The Iron Maidens, einer weiblichen Coverband von Iron Maiden. Im Juni 2014 wurde sie Mitglied der Band des amerikanischen Hardrock-Musikers Alice Cooper als Nachfolgerin von Orianthi an der Gitarre.
Vinita Sandhya "Nita" Strauss (born December 7, 1986 in Los Angeles, California) is an American guitarist. She rose to fame with The Iron Maidens, a female cover band of Iron Maiden. In June 2014, she joined American hard rock musician Alice Cooper's band, succeeding Orianthi on guitar.

Silhouette pictures of two of my best friends joking around. Actually it was more of them cam-whoring. Cause they do realize that I was taking their picture and they suddenly became animated with all sorts of poses. Lol.
Picture taken during sunset while we were on our way back to my friend's home. We got separated into two different groups at this time and we (the two people pictured here and I) spent quite a bit of time taking pictures while the others already made their way back home. But when we reached the house, there was no one there. About 5 minutes or so after that, they arrived and told us they got lost. And to think I had just arrived there and remembered the way back (which is rare because my sense of direction totally sucks!) and they (who have lived there for about 2 weeks) forgot! It was hilarious! =D Memang jadi bahan la kan lepas tu... Hehe...
