Das Blässhuhn kommt als Brutvogel an stehenden oder langsam fließenden Gewässern vor, an denen flache Ufer und eine als Nistplatz geeignete Ufervegetation wie beispielsweise eine gut ausgeprägte Röhrichtzone oder ins Wasser ragende Gebüsche vorhanden sind. Optimalerweise sollte es neben flachen, krautigen Stellen auch offene Wasserflächen geben. Das Wasser muss einen hohen oder mittlereren Nährstoffgehalt aufweisen. Besonders nährstoffarme Gewässer werden weitgehend gemieden – die Art fehlt daher oft an Bergseen. Während Brackwasserlagunen durchaus angenommen werden, brütet das Blässhuhn an der Meeresküste nicht.
Da die Größe des Gewässers eine untergeordnete Rolle spielt, findet man das Blässhuhn bisweilen auch an kleinen Waldtümpeln oder an Überschwemmungsflächen in Bruchwäldern. Auch in Bezug auf die Umgebung ist die Art tolerant. Sie kommt teils auch an Gewässern in geschlossenen Waldgebieten oder in ausgeräumter Landschaft vor. Bevorzugt wird aber ein Mosaik aus Röhrichten, feuchtem Grasland, kleinen Hügeln oder Inselchen und Gebüschen.
In Mitteleuropa brütet das Blässhuhn an eutrophen Flachwasserseen, Fisch- und Klärteichen, an verlandenden Moorstichen oder Entwässerungsgräben, Kiesgruben, Baggerseen und Rückhaltebecken, an langsam fließenden Flüssen und Altwässern. Auch im Siedlungsbereich ist es häufig zu finden, wo es beispielsweise an Teichen in Parks vorkommt.

Hay personas que dicen: “Tras creer en el Señor, nuestros pecados han sido perdonados y no somos pecadores, y cuando venga el Señor, podremos ser arrebatados directamente al reino de los cielos, porque la Escritura dice: ‘Porque con el corazón se cree para justicia, y con la boca se confiesa para salvación’ (Romanos 10:10)”. Pero otras dicen: “El Señor Jesús dijo: ‘En verdad os digo que si no os convertís y os hacéis como niños, no entraréis en el reino de los cielos’ (Mateo 18: 3). ‘No todo el que me dice: «Señor, Señor», entrará en el reino de los cielos, sino el que hace la voluntad de mi Padre que está en los cielos’ (Mateo 7:21). Según las palabras del Señor, solo los que hacen la voluntad del Padre celestial pueden entrar en el reino de los cielos. El Señor nos requiere que amemos a Dios con todo nuestro corazón, que amemos a nuestro prójimo como a nosotros mismos y que no odiemos ni tengamos celos de los demás. Sin embargo, aunque nuestros pecados han sido perdonados por la fe en el Señor, en contraste con lo que actuamos, no alcanzamos las demandas del Señor. Por ejemplo, a menudo mentimos y engañamos para proteger nuestros propios intereses; no tenemos tolerancia y paciencia a nuestra familia y amigos, y no somos capaces de amar a nuestro prójimo como a nosotros mismos; todavía podemos quejarnos de Dios cuando estamos desagradables, y no logramos el sincero amor a Él. Ahora, no podemos guardar los mandamientos del Señor, ni somos personas que hacen la voluntad de Dios, ¿realmente puede alguien así entrar en el reino de los cielos?

Ahora estamos en los últimos días, ¡todos estamos esperando el regreso del Señor para que podamos ser llevados al reino de los cielos! Entonces, ¿qué tipo de persona puede entrar al reino de los cielos? Algunos creen que mientras se aferren al nombre del Señor, difundan el evangelio y trabajen por el Señor, serán arrebatados al reino de los cielos cuando Él regrese. Pero la Escritura dice: “No todo el que me dice: «Señor, Señor», entrará en el reino de los cielos, sino el que hace la voluntad de mi Padre que está en los cielos” (Mateo 7:21). “[...] seréis, pues, santos porque yo soy santo»” (Levítico 11:45). Dios es santo y justo. Podemos sacrificar y servir a Él, pero pecamos y nos resistimos a Dios a menudo, por ejemplo mentimos y engañamos por nuestros propios intereses, nos envidiamos, nos luchamos y nos juzgamos mutuamente, etc. Debido a que aún no hemos sido purificados del pecado, por ende no somos los que hacen la voluntad del Padre celestial, y ¿cómo podemos ser cualificados para entrar al reino de los cielos? Eine Welt ohne Bienen ist undenkbar
Der 20.Mai ist Weltbienentag. An diesem Tag gedenken wir der pelzigen Tierchen, denen wir einiges zu verdanken haben. Denn eine Welt ohne Bienen ist undenkbar. Die Bedeutung von Bienen als Bestäuber für Biodiversität und Ernährungssicherheit ist elementar für die Menschheit. Die Generalversammlung der Vereinten Nationen hat deshalb den 20. Mai als World Bee Day ausgerufen. Damit unterstreicht die Weltgemeinschaft auch die Erkenntnis über den Rückgang der weltweiten Bienenpopulation und den dringenden Schutz der Bienen.
Weltweit und auch in Deutschland ist ein enormes Bienensterben zu verzeichnen. Eine Welt ohne Bienen wäre jedoch undenkbar für unsere biologische Artenvielfalt. Letztlich auch für unser Überleben, denn unsere Ernährung hängt von der Bestäubungsleistung der Biene ab.
Die Gründe für das Sterben von Honig- und Wildbienen sind vielschichtig: Die Zerstörung von Lebensräumen, zählt neben den zunehmenden Monokulturen in der Landwirtschaft sowie dem Pestizideinsatz zählen zu den größten Faktoren.

La Biblia profetiza que el Señor vendrá a declarar palabras, ¿sabes cómo reconocer la voz de Dios y recibir al Señor?
El Apocalipsis profetiza: “El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice a las iglesias” (Apocalipsis 2:7). El Señor Jesús dijo: “Mis ovejas oyen mi voz, y yo las conozco y me siguen” (Juan 10:27). De las Escrituras podemos ver que el Señor vendrá a expresar las palabras del Espíritu Santo a las iglesias en los últimos días y que las ovejas de Dios oyen Su voz y son capaces de reconocer y recibir al Señor mediante Sus palabras. Ahora que muchas personas en Internet dan testimonio de que el Señor ha regresado y ha pronunciado nuevas palabras, y muchas personas que anhelan la aparición del Señor, a través de buscar e investigar, han determinado que son la voz de Dios, y han acogido al Señor y han sido arrebatadas ante Dios. ¿Quiere escuchar las nuevas palabras de Dios? Leamos juntos un pasaje para ver si es la voz de Dios.

¿Cómo se siente después de leer estas palabras? Y ¿siente que estas palabras tienen autoridad y poder y que ningún ser humano puede decirlas? ¡Es correcto tener tal sentimiento! The lilac-breasted roller (Coracias caudatus) is an African member of the roller family of birds. It is widely distributed in sub-Saharan Africa and the southern Arabian Peninsula, preferring open woodland and savanna; it is largely absent from treeless places. Usually found alone or in pairs, it perches conspicuously at the tops of trees, poles or other high vantage points from where it can spot insects, lizards, scorpions, snails, small birds and rodents moving about at ground level.
Nesting takes place in a natural hole in a tree where a clutch of 2–4 eggs is laid, and incubated by both parents, who are extremely aggressive in defence of their nest, taking on raptors and other birds. During the breeding season the male will rise to great heights, descending in swoops and dives, while uttering harsh, discordant cries. The sexes are alike in coloration. Juveniles do not have the long tail feathers that adults do.
This species is unofficially considered the national bird of Kenya.

Lee Tung Street (利東街), known as the Wedding Card Street (喜帖街; 囍帖街) by locals, is a street in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The street was famed in Hong Kong and abroad as a centre for publishing and for the manufacturing of wedding cards and other similar items.
As part of an Urban Renewal Authority (URA) project, all interests of Lee Tung Street were resumed by and reverted to the Government of Hong Kong since 1 November 2005, and subsequently demolished in December 2007. The demolition was seen by many as causing irreparable harm to the cultural heritage of Hong Kong.
The site was redeveloped as a luxury shopping and housing development. As with all other URA projects, no original tenants have been resettled on site.
After the development, only small part of next to QRE Plaza is official there. The rest of street, rebuilt and rebranded as Lee Tung Avenue, is a pedestrian street open for public in the high-rise housing estate The Avenue.
The street was known for its printing industry, and Wan Chai was a longtime host of the headquarters of the Hong Kong Times, Ta Kung Pao and Wen Wei Po. In the 1950s, print shops began to gather in Lee Tung Street between Johnston Road and Queen's Road East. Rumours had it that the government of Hong Kong mandated this in order to easily monitor illegal publication.
The poet and translator Dai Wangshu also established a short-lived bookstore in Lee Tung Street in the early 1950s.
In the 1970s, the print shops also began producing wedding invitations, lai see, fai chun, and other items, for which they became famous in the 1980s. Hundreds of thousands of Hong Kong people visited the shops there to order their wedding cards, name cards, and traditional Chinese calendars.

Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal (French: Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal) is a minor basilica of the Catholic Church in the historic Old Montreal district of Montreal in Quebec, Canada. It is located at 110 Notre-Dame Street West, at the corner of Saint Sulpice Street. It is situated next to the Saint-Sulpice Seminary and faces the Place d'Armes square.
The interior of the church is amongst the most dramatic in the world and regarded as a masterpiece of Gothic Revival architecture. The vaults are coloured deep blue and decorated with golden stars, and the rest of the sanctuary is decorated in blues, azures, reds, purples, silver, and gold. It is filled with hundreds of intricate wooden carvings and several religious statues. Unusual for a church, the stained glass windows along the walls of the sanctuary do not depict biblical scenes, but rather scenes from the religious history of Montreal. Approximately 11 million people visit Notre-Dame Basilica every year, making it one of the most visited monuments in North America. In 2023, Notre-Dame was named the 6th most beautiful building in the world by Angi, a home service publication which analyzes TripAdvisor reviews. The publication ranked Notre-Dame de Paris second and Barcelona's Sagrada Família first.

Many people who have faith in the Lord believe that the kingdom of heaven is in heaven. Is this really the case? The Lord's Prayer says: "Our Father which are in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:9-10). The Book of Revelation says, "The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ" (Revelation 11:15). "The holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, … the tabernacle of God is with men" (Revelation 21:2-3). So, is the kingdom of heaven in heaven or on earth?

God’s authority exists regardless of the circumstances; in all situations, God dictates and arranges every human fate and all things in accordance with His thoughts, His wishes. This will not change because humans change, and it is independent of man’s will, cannot be altered by any changes in time, space, and geography, for God’s authority is His very substance. Whether man is able to know and accept God’s sovereignty, and whether man is able to submit to it, does not in the slightest way change the fact of God’s sovereignty over human fate. That is to say, no matter what attitude man takes toward God’s sovereignty, it simply cannot change the fact that God holds sovereignty over human fate and over all things. Even if you do not submit to God’s sovereignty, He still commands your fate; even if you cannot know His sovereignty, His authority still exists. God’s authority and the fact of God’s sovereignty over human fate are independent of human will, do not change in accordance with man’s preferences and choices. God’s authority is everywhere, at every hour, at every instant. If heaven and earth were to pass away, His authority would never pass away, for He is God Himself, He possesses the unique authority, and His authority is not restricted or limited by people, events, or things, by space or by geography. At all times God wields His authority, shows His might, continues His management work as always; at all times He rules all things, provides for all things, orchestrates all things, just as He always did. No one can change this. It is fact; it has been the unchanging truth since time immemorial!
