Se un gatto fa qualche cosa si dice che è per istinto, se noi facciamo la stessa cosa, la definiamo intelligenza.

Best viewed larger. West Second Avenue, Vancouver.
A quick photo-collage from my images posted yesterday.
You can obviously see where the pictures are stiched together, and the slanted roof also helps to give this away. Still, it's an efficient panoramic record of the structure.
I particularily like the little corner administrative office. I'd love to setup shop there, though I haven't exactly decided what I'd do inside the warehouse. hmmm...

When naming this luxury lager in the late 1930s, the brewer Jaak Cornelissen sought inspiration in the English ales, which were very popular at the time. Despite the risk of confusing his customers, Jaak went ahead and named it Ops-Ale. He is known to have repeatedly said, “Once they’ve tasted this, they’ll never want an English beer again!”.
Rightly so, it appears, because over 75 years and 15 gold medals later, Ops-Ale is still a much-loved quality lager that is widely praised for its tangy flavour and hoppy aroma.
The master brewers at Brouwerij Cornelissen are still using the original yeast strain to guarantee that same delicious flavour and exceptional quality. The fermentation period of 12 to 14 days has also remained unchanged.
Ops-Ale is a clear, pale, low-fermentation beer with an alcohol content of 5.5%. This little-known gem from the Limburg Campine region will undoubtedly tantalise your tastebuds, even at a blind tasting.
Ops-Ale is a recognised local product and a favourite among experienced professionals and young entrepreneurs alike. It has been awarded no less than 15 Monde Selection Gold Medals by the International Institute for Quality Selections.
