Like most eastern block vehicles it was produced for a rather long time: 1956 - 1975.
This particular is the 3rd generation which started in 1969.

He played the guitar and harmonica at the same time.Edward Lee Fitzpatrick.Son of John Edward and Elizabeth Bowden.He was born June 3 1881 at San Antonio Texas.He married Ola Vashtie Maynard from West Va.in Wayne Co.Lincoln Dist.She was born March 10 1889.Edd`s father came to America around the year of 1857.John Edward was 17 years old he landed in New Oreans,He had a older brother Charles they were born in Ireland,they were on different ships.The two never seen each other again and never knew if the other one made it or not.John never heard from his family again.They had a sister Elizabeth she remained in Ireland with her parents,she was likely the youngest of the three.His parents names are unknown he was Born in Ireland 1840,married Elizabeth Bowden she was born in Tenn.1855 She was Scottish but hen parents were from Ireland.John was raised in a Catholic school for boys.He done bookwork for a bank.He attended the Methodist church after he came to America.But before he died he attended the Church of Crist.He died Jan.20,1930 in Sea Drift Texas.When his wife Elizabeth died ,he moved in with his oldest son Edd & Ola ,until they moved and he moved in with his oldest daughter Nancy Ann until her and her husband seperted they lived in Okla.Then he went back to Seadrift Texsa where he had another son Walter.John Edward is buried at Seadrift Texas by a grandson named after him.They call the cementery (The City Cementery)his grave was found in 1990 .His wife was buried in Anadado Okla.They were the parents of 8 children.Children of John Edward & Elizabeth. In order of birth #1 Nancy Ann,born January 25,1881 #2 Edward Lee born June 3 1886 Died June 28,1951 #3 Walter Robert Feb.17 1889 #4Charles January 24,1892 #5 Ollie Jane Aug.9,1895 #6 Marten Luther July 18,1898 #7 Aurena & Aurelia twins Nov.17,1901 .The twins died very young,they are buried in Marble Falls Texas.Nancy Ann Fitzpatrick oldest daughter of John and Elizabeth was born in San Antonio she married John Oliver.He worked for a cotton gin co..When he Died he was buried in SunnyLane Cemetery in Okla.City.Parents of 4 children.Franklin born Janurary,23,1909 Marble Falls Texas.Mable born May 5 1911.Muriel and Ollie. Franklin Oliver only son of John and Nancy Ann born Jan.23,1909 married Helda December 9,1931.He died Feb 1984.Parents of 2 daughters Barbara Jane 1933 and Beverly Joan 1934 .Mable Oliver oldest daughter of John and Nancy Ann Oliver born May 5 ,1911 in Marble Falls Texas.Married Harry Briscoe.He lived in Okla.City he was born 1899.They were married May 7,1932.He worked for a stell co.that makes cotton gins.The old McClure Gin he helped to make it.Died April 1994.Muriel Oliver daughter of John and Nancy Ann ,married Roy Emmett Pyburm Dec.20,1940.He was born in Tenn..He died Sept.22,1981.She died Sept 9,1984.Parents of 2 sons Jerry Joe and Ronnie Emmett he was born Oct.14,1942.
