Technically illegal but an aircraft intercom system makes communicating in an open Jeep down the highway actually possible (as well as protecting the hearing). Never been hassled for it, but people in other cars sure do stare.

Slippy Rock Climb

Did some offroading on Coyote Canyon Trail. Camped at Sheep Canyon and visited the wildflowers and metal structures. Great one-night trip.

 

"Old Country Rd" headed east out of Cherryfield, ME. Google and Garmin actually call this a paved road. More proof that their data is only as good as the localities provide.

 

I guess the mud was a little deeper than I thought.

I can't begin to wonder how this car got stuck on this very rough mountain path. A Toyota Aygo would not be my first choice of off road vehicle.

 

The illegal off roader couldn't believe it either, and stopped to take a photograph.
