Salvaged from a house in Bittaford and repainted by Alan Rosevear this milepost awaits repair and reinstatement.
I'm normally indifferent to buildings of this style, but this one struck me as rather handsome in its own way.
At the far end of the Sculpture Garden at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, we find the offices that make the institution run. This is an interesting layout. It reminds me of the set for Hollywood Squares but the decisions made there have far-reaching implications.

Here's Adam Smith, cranking away on his PowerBook at the Steelbridge offices. Space was at a premium and Adam was located in what would normally be a passageway between cubicles.
At the height of the Second World War, on Saturday, 26 October 1940, at about 10.40pm, Wesleyan's Chief Office in Steelhouse Lane, Birmingham suffered a direct hit during a bombing raid.
Not sure whose offices these are. There are many outstanding bits of architecture on Pride Park... this may, or may not, be one of them. Very pretty this particular evening though.

Visited Sander today at the old MP3.com/new DivX offices. The place is the same...but very different. The only office left on the north wall where SysAdmin and CM used to be was mine (and I shared with Dave and Bob). And it's a confrence room! What a trip!
