Yesterday evening I was drawn to the Elbe where I went for a walk at a pleasant temperature and a light breeze. Here in the north in summer we have a late sunset in the longest days and not complete darkness even at 11 pm. Before going home I spontaneously decided to stop by the old port where I saw these two children playing between the boats.
Según cuenta la tradición, en este lugar hacían prácticas las unidades de caballería, acuarteladas en la ciudad de Alcalá, que posteriormente participarían en las operaciones militares del Monte Gurugú africano.
Por estos cerros de Alcalá de Henares se rodaron muchas escenas de la mítica película "Espartaco" de Stanley Kubrick.

lo oculta y olvida,
y no queda ni verde
de tanto pisar.
¡Qué tienen las urnas
que todos se vienen
e incluso se avienen
a dar claridad!
La niebla me dice
que allá hay una sombra,
mas nadie me aclara
qué voy a encontrar.
Tal vez, más tiniebla
de aquellos que vienen
o quizás no se van.

Dandelion O' Clock is a kaleidoscopic image created from my photo of a dandelion. it is a part of a series called Organimetry, which combines organic shapes and geometric art, and uses photography (usually macro), processing in Photoshop and fractal art software Ultrafractal 6.
El grupo de orquídeas de "racimo" (orchis, anacamptis...) apenas han nacido este año por la zona centro de la península, saliendo descoloridas, de bajo porte e incluso secándose antes de terminar de abrirse las flores. Esta la encontré por una zona sombría y húmeda y a pesar de no haber abierto todas sus flores, mantenia un bonito colorido y posiblemente sea la única que saque esta temporada.
Espero que con estas lluvias generalizadas al menos los bulbos se mantengan y resurjan el próximo año.

After the visit to San Gimignano and surrounding areas I spend three days in a beautiful Country Hotel named Borgo Tre Rose, with 360° of view of the wonderful hills and vineyards of Tuscany.
I intended to visit Pienza, Val d'Orcia and Lago Trasimeno, unforgetable places of the Tuscany and Umbria region, but unfortunately I had not health conditions to do this.
As you can see in the next photos this place is very pleasant and appropriate to relax. The view from there is fabulous, and the amount of flowers had enchanted me and made me forget for a while everything that I have missed in this region.
