The REALTOR® office building located at 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW is a Class “A” 12-story modern and environmentally friendly structure. It is located within three blocks of the U.S. Capitol.
A sophisticated ventilation system responds to CO2 levels and keeps fresh air circulating throughout the structure. The
design of the building allows rainwater to be collected on the roof to water landscaping at the street-level plaza.

The Narrows, Nwe York Bay 1812 by Thomas Birch
The Narrows, New York Bay by Thomas Birch 1812. A work from the collections of the de Young and Legion of Honor museums of San Francisco, CA.
You know New York City doesn't look like this today.
"The Narrows is the tidal strait separating the boroughs of Staten Island and Brooklyn in New York City. It connects the Upper New York Bay and Lower New York Bay and forms the principal channel by which the Hudson River empties into the Atlantic Ocean. It has long been considered to be the maritime "gateway" to New York City and historically has been one of the most important entrances into the harbors of the Port of New York and New Jersey."
Thomas Birch, was an English-born American portrait and marine painter. Birch was born in London, England. He came to the U. S. in 1794, and assisted his artist father, William Birch, in preparing a 29-plate collection of engravings:Birch's Views of Philadelphia. Subscribers to the series included President John Adams and Vice President Thomas Jefferson. This sold well and went into multiple editions, inspiring similar collected views of New York City, and of suburban estates surrounding Philadelphia and Baltimore. The son's first major painting appears to have been a view of Philadelphia from the Treaty Elm in Kensington, which was also engraved and published in 1804. He painted portraits until about 1807, when he took up marine-painting. Some of his most famous works depict naval battles of the War of 1812.
Taken in Pin Nwe, Myanmar.
The route between Kalaw and Inle Lake is a popular multi-days trekking route in Myanmar. There are many local tribes along the route and Pin Nwe is one of them. Most of the tribes are no more than a few hundred people and they often speak a completely different dialect that even local Burmese people don't understand. This lady is making their traditional scarf that she is also wearing on her head. It takes around 4 days to knit and she only charges a few USD for it. She took care of us like a grandmother and kept on feeding us snacks and tea :)!

I just absolutely love EPCOT on New Year's. The atmosphere, the dance parties, the fireworks... it really is a great time, if you manage expectations. Yes, it's absolutely crowded, yes there are more than a few drunk people. Around some of the shortcomings, it can be a great time! Happy New Year!

The Nwe Saryan class Carrier Flag Crusier is a massive overhaul of the unique Saryan class Fast Frigate Carrier used as the flag ship of the Krewstara FCC, affecting repairs after the devastating Second Battle of High Tower Station against the Dramstellar Megacorp and local UMFL forces. During combat the Saryan sustained catastrophic damage to the primary bridge and significant damage to it's engines as the mercenary group Calico Harts attempted to disable the ship for capture on behalf of Dramstellar. Krewstara managed to eek out a pyrrhic victory, at a heavy loss of their space force's seasoned leadership, loss of several ships and mobile frames, and of course the serious damage inflicted on the Saryan itself.
Luckily for the FCC, retaking control of High Tower Station meant access to its associated shipyard and supply depots. The Saryan spent a record fast eight months undergoing refit and repairs. The ruined primary bridge was replaced with a powerful EW suite for timely detection of long range threats, complimenting the near range threat counter of its six PDGs mounted across the ship. A radar boom was also attached just below the secondary bridge to increase the ship's situational awareness and enhance targeting for the PDGs. The lower secondary bridge also was heavily reinforced to the reduce the odds of a similar fate playing out. The damaged engines were repaired and consolidated into a single cluster between the recovery decks, and fuel storage was optimized, nestled between the engines and rest of the ship. These changes streamlined the superstructure of the ship and reduced the exposure of the more vulnerable aspects of the power supply and propulsion systems.
Furthermore, in order to increase the Saryan's ability to operate longer underway and function as a true capital ship, a number of modular add-ons already present in the shipyard were installed. Four massive solar collector arms were installed to dramatically improve its power generation and independence. Extra hull space was added just aft of the secondary bridge with storage modules, increasing the notably cramped ship's supply capacity. The primary bridge was relocated deeper into the hull, and a false bridge tower comprised of redundant comms equipment and sensors was installed atop the ship, partially to ensure backup fleet C4 and partially to draw enemy fire away from more vital locations. With all the upgrades to the one-of-a-kind ship, it no longer had the speed or maneuverability it previously enjoyed, but the trade off of additional survivability, hull-space, and supplies was greatly appreciated by the crew.

**NEW SUPERLOOP ROUTE**
Go Ahead London WVL492 LJ61NWE Route SL7
Route SL7 runs an express bus service between West Croydon and Heathrow Central, serving all the same stops as route X26, except the last stop at West Croydon has moved (about 175 metres). Alight at stop B8 (in the bus station on St Michael's Road) instead of WN (on Wellesley Road). Some stops in Kingston, New Malden, North Cheam, Teddington and Wallington Green are renamed to better reflect their locations.
Buses on route SL7 will run enhanced service every 15 minutes all day every day instead of every 30 minutes on route X26. Around half of the buses dedicated luggage space for customers travelling to and from Heathrow Airport. Please make use of the space.
There are currently no other changes to the service.
Route SL7 is part of Superloop, a proposed network of express bus routes that would help improve connections and journey times between key outer London town centres and transport hubs.
