This is what you don't see when you're on the phone with me.
I actually can't sit upright and talk on the phone at the same time-- I either have to be lounging on my mattress or pacing the house.

Sigh. One of the most swoon-worthy songs I've ever heard. I couldn't dye my hair for this (since I'm letting it grow out so I can dye it again this fall, hopefully), but I thought the makeup idea carried the concept well.
I think we all want someone who can see through all of the crap we do to shield ourselves from the world, and who loves us anyway. Must be nice.
I wanted you to see how silly I looked when I pushed down my glasses to photograph my eye up close! :)

This is my friend Andrea and I on our cross country mountain bike ride that took two hours to finish! What a blast. Her and I met in Kindergarten class where I am pretty sure the teachers tried to separate us often! 30 years..... where does time go?

My badge at work is expiring soon and need to provide a photo for it. Luckily I know how to use a camera. Just realize it kinda looks like I'm holding the camera myself but I wasn't really. I used a tripod and a remote.

It's been a pretty calm, boring Monday (thank goodness!)... so I thought I'd be a little goofy to break up the day a bit. Scary Caryn with no makeup. And the angle really shows off that scar on my face, too. Eh. That's how it goes, I guess.
my life is BURDENED by dark under eye circles... and on those VERY RARE days, I'm sometimes just sort of ok with it.. obviously when I took these pictures it was that kind of day.
UNFORTUNATELY as I type this, I wish they would just go away... and my SUPER RED allergy eyes. hahaha! ew.

Playing w/ Nichole Van's new Photo Fix pack. On this shot I used her Skin Smooth (thank GOD for that) and the Eye Pop. That's all I did for editing.
(PS. The shadow on my nose is driving me MAD, but nothing I tried looked natural, so I just left it. I tried masking, cloning, the healing tool, NV's selective lighten, but no luck. I may consult w/ SK next, but am lazy now.)
