The famous TFL roundel is projected on to the floor of the new Nine Elms tube station which opened in September 2021.
A view of the Houses of Parliament, with Westminster Bridge, and to the right of the Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), you can see Westminster Abbey.
Further down the Thames, you can see the growing skyline of Nine Elms. Home of the new American Embassy.

Battersea Power Station is a decommissioned coal-fired power station located on the south bank of the River Thames in Nine Elms, Battersea in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
It is now a shopping centre, restaurants and cinema.

You can immediately see the difference in development here in London, between the north and south bank of the Thames at Nine Elms.
The south bank is almost completely unrecognisable from 20 years ago.
There has been an explosion of high rise development. And of course the building of the new American Embassy, which you can see on the far right of the picture, with its very distinctive look.
Battersea Power Station Pier, is also visible on the right.

count the bricks - 6 million were used for the construction of the power station in the 1930s/40s and for the redevelopment project an additional 1.5 million new bricks have been made, by the same company that made the original ones.

In front of the (almost!) finished area is a cool pier justting out just over the Thames. It was a really busy place, with groups chatting and teenagers running about. Me being me I of course tried to stay as far away from everyone else as possible. At one end of the pier I got this nice view of a lot of newer buildings along the riverside.
Gotta love a colourful reflection, right?
