Dieses ist ein viel gezeigter Blick,aber ich kann ihn gar nicht oft genug sehen.

Alaskan nights in the summer are short on the dark and heavy on the light. It's mid July and the offical sunset time is 11:20pm. Sunrise is around 4:50am.
Singapore is a photographers paradise with so many wonderful viewpoints.
This is from Marina Barrage on the edge of the city on the Straights of Singapore. It is a very easy area to access and heavily frequented by locals enjoying the cool breezes and city views.
The challenge of this photo beyond weather is waiting for the area to be free of people and timing the water fountain lights. The water fountain cycle is rather short, so to overcome this I used a ND filter and 30 second exposure. This left the lasting water impressions and those walking through were not captured.

Experimented with full blur bokeh - I promise, it was before we went to the pub ;) Was fascinated by the light balls created by some interestingly designed street lanterns.

Somewhere a little different from me this time. I spent a night in Edinburgh over weekend and took the opportunity to take in this classic view from Calton Hill.
Unfortunately the weather was grim, as you might expect for Scotland in February, but I wanted to try and include those snow capped mountains behind the National Monument as the city lights started to emerge.
Not quite what I was hoping for, but it will likely be a long time before I am in this neck of the woods again so it will have to do!
