CAPPADOCIA:
Cappadocia is a historical region in Central Anatolia, largely in the Nevşehir, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Aksaray, and Niğde Provinces in Türkiye.
The name, traditionally used in Christian sources throughout history, continues in use as an international tourism concept to define a region of exceptional natural wonders, in particular characterized by fairy chimneys and a unique historical and cultural heritage.
Cappadocia (/kæpəˈdoʊʃəˌ -ˈdoʊkiə/; Turkish: Kapadokya) is a historical region in Central Anatolia, Turkey. It is largely in the provinces of Nevşehir, Kayseri, Aksaray, Kırşehir, Sivas and Niğde.
According to Herodotus, in the time of the Ionian Revolt (499 BC), the Cappadocians were reported as occupying a region from Mount Taurus to the vicinity of the Euxine (Black Sea). Cappadocia, in this sense, was bounded in the south by the chain of the Taurus Mountains that separate it from Cilicia, to the east by the upper Euphrates, to the north by Pontus, and to the west by Lycaonia and eastern Galatia.

County: Turkey
Locatin: Niğde
Train: TCDD freight train heading souths (Adana) with E43 033
Cappadocia which is unique in the world and is a miraculous nature wonder is the common name of the field covered by the provinces of Aksaray, Nevsehir, Nigde, Kayseri and Kirsehir in the Central Anatolian region.

Cappadocia also Capadocia; Turkish: Kapadokya, Greek: Καππαδοκία Kappadokía, Armenian: Գամիրք (Gamirq), from Ancient Greek: Καππαδοκία, from Old Persian: Katpatuka) is a historical region in Central Anatolia, largely in the Nevşehir, Kayseri, Aksaray, and Niğde Provinces in Turkey. In Ancient Greek Καππαδοξ (genitive -οκος) means "a Cappadocian" and last absolutely known as THE LAND OF BEAUTIFUL HORSES.
Country: Turkey
Location: Niğde
Train: Empty "OMSAN" Train from Adana to (probably) Divrigi
Dear friends, what to do if the weather is ugly and rainy? You could read a good book...or...browse your old photographs that I haven't watched for years if even at all...this is one of a balloon ride at sunrise over Cappadocia, Turkey in 2011...
Cappadocia is a landscape in Central Anatolia in Turkey.
The area, which is called Cappadocia, now mainly comprises the provinces of Nevşehir, Niğde, Aksaray, Kırşehir and Kayseri. One of the most famous places is Göreme with its cave architecture cut out of the soft tuff. Göreme is considered to be the center of Cappadocia, the unique complex of rock formations located there, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985 as a mixed cultural and natural heritage site "Goreme National Park and the rock formations of Cappadocia".

After the mountains we hitch-hiked our way to Cappadocia. The first man who stopped was a local mayor, who dropped us near Nigde and presented us with a bag full of fresh fruits. Then we stopped in another village, where we met and talked with a teacher while we had Turkish tea and finally arrived in Göreme in the afternoon. Due to the bad publicity Turkey had got in the past few weeks, there were very few tourists - we had the whole campsite for days! We started our stay in Cappadocia enjoying the lights of the town from the terrace of the campsite.

The ancient region of Cappadocia is located in central Anatolia between the cities of Nevsehir, Nigde and Kayseri. Millions of years ago violent eruptions of the volcanoes Mt. Erciyes and Mt. Hasan covered the surrounding plateau with tuff. Wind and weather have eroded the soft volcanic rock into hundreds of strangely shaped pillars, cones and "fairy chimneys", in colors ranging from pink to green and yellow. From the ancient times, men have hallowed out these soft rocks, and they have made countless cave churches, chapels and monasteries.
The churches are from the early Christianity. The art style of the churches can be classified into two categories: the 8th and 9th century are the iconoclastic years - the 10th to the 13th centuries whose decorations represent the lives of Christ and various saints. The architectural plans of the churches are uncomplicated.

TÜRKİYE: Niğde, Çamardı, Aladağlar Milli Parkı (National Park), Arpalık mevkii; 20.06.2010
This bird breeds on the Caucasus and high mountains in Turkiye, and eastwards to the Himalayas. Rarely it is seen in Ege (Aegean) islands too.
Curi od jutros od četiri-pet
Rešilo nebo da potopi svet
Nad gradom danima vise iste kulise
Poliva kiša al to joj je zanat
Ma sve mi je ravno ko severni Banat
Manje više, i sa kišom i bez kiše
Vreme se vuče ko teretni voz
Gde li večeras da pomolim nos
Klasika: Konobar, un cafe macchiatto. Pa da
Prolazi vreme, al to mu je manir
I sve je to plitko ko plekani tanjir
Izeš sliku, nigde jedra na vidiku
O, daj okreni taj ringišpil u mojoj glavi
To ne zna niko, samo ti
Bez tebe drveni konjići tužno stoje
Dođi, iz plave boce se pojavi
Bar jednu želju ispuni
I dodaj svetu malo boje, čudo moje
Veče se klati ko prezreli klip
Teška vremena, a ja težak tip
Gravitacija začas uzima svoje
Slab sam ja igrač za subotnje gužve
Al shvatam pomalo te pokretne spužve
Neko pijan lakše život odrobija
O, daj okreni taj ringišpil u mojoj glavi
To ne zna niko, samo ti
Bez tebe drveni konjići tužno stoje
Dođi, iz plave boce se pojavi
Bar jednu želju ispuni
I dodaj svetu malo boje, o čudo moje
Sustajem, odustajem, pritiska me kao pegla
Dodaj malo ludila, dodaj svetu malo vergla
