On vacation at a forest bungalow and been raining all day. Took my camera out to take shots of the water drops. Edited on the go using Photoshop Express and Lightroom apps on my mobile.

As if being on center stage, this pretty little flower seemed to elbow the others out of the way in order to grab the spotlight…

Macro Mondays - "Photography Gear"

bright blossoms in icy temperatures

 

Pseudo HDR made using Photomatix's single file conversion. Went for a litle bit more of the surreal coloring with the processing on this one. Just for fun of course :) I usually like to stay truer to what originally saw when I took the shot. Call me conservative!
