What a year!
Last night I was fortunate enough to be in Aspen, Colorado to shoot the 2015 New Years Fireworks. My buddy Matt with Vital Films and I snowmobiled up Smuggler to get this view. It was awesome to say the very least. It was also a nice change from shooting fireworks in SF with bridges and skylines. But I think my favorite part was finally capturing something I grew up watching every year.
This is from the 8pm show. We were lucky enough to have an 8:00pm and 11:59pm show, so I got two different (Sorta similar) views.
