Last year I bought a Nikon D300 with only 8400k shutter releases, I wanted a pro body for my Laowa macro lens. Because my Nikon D5300 doesn't recognize my fully manual lens, I'm not saying I can't use it but issue I have with it is that 1 I can't use my external flash and 2 it doesn't recognize my lens there fore I need to use the histogram and the Lcd screen to get a feedback of how the picture is exposed... but after a while I got used to it. But in a pro body ( like the D300 ) I don't have these issues because it recognises the manual aperture ( the lens mount is for nikon f mount ) and can get a somewhat good exposure feedback. As for the sensor... the d5300 sensor is better than the d300 but.... to be honest I don't really care, If I want more dynamic range I'd put the camera on a tripod and do HDR pics. Although the main reason I like the D300 more than the d5300 is because it has 12 mpx ( ironically ) because I want to perfectionate my stacking photography technique and 24mpx vs 12mpx.... It kills my pc with 50 picture stack my pc freezes and I got 16GB of ddr4 ram, It show me that it needs 20+ ram for 50 pics ( 12 mpx )... so that is why I use a 12 mpx sensor. Now.... I bought two lenses the sigma 70-200 f2.8 and the sigma 24-70 f2.8 ( the D300 and these two lenses was my childhood dream setup ).
The issues :
pfff the 70-200 f2.8 works good my D300, mostly getting the focus ok..... but sometimes it doesn't.... But I am used to focus manually ( I got used to it while doing macro pics.. again, my macro lens is fully manually )
The autofocus DOEN'T WORK ON THE D5300.... I mean I don't understand the logic why...
The 24-70 f2.8 on the d300... well it has autofocus, but I don't really know if I have a issue with lens of it is in conflict with the D300 but... it hunts allot and doesn't get the focus right ( if it even gets the focus right ) and for that reason I use it on manual focus ( the barrel distortion is terrible at 24mm (34 in aps-c)
The autofocus DOEN'T WORK ON THE D5300.... Again I don't understand the logic why...
So mostly I manually focus my shots, and in these scene I just did that. And I missed, The scene was beautiful but I missed the focus... oh well. But in every bad thing there is a good. and I imagine this pic as more a painterly-photo rather than.... well it is what it is the scene was beautiful. I must do it again someday. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day π
Coprinellus disseminatus is a species of agaric fungus in the family Psathyrellaceae. Unlike most other coprinoid mushrooms, C. disseminatus does not dissolve into black ink in maturity. The species was given its current name in 1939 by Jakob Emanuel Lange. Coprinellus disseminatus has about 143 sexes. Wikipedia
I saw some small pawn prints in the mud. There was a big K9 paw marks next to bicycle marks. I Knew that the small one where of a fox.... taking in consideration that I know that there is a fox burrow somewhere. 2 years ago I took a random pic of the opposite place from here and when I zoomed in I saw a red fox figure watching me....There was so much vegetation back then ( in the summer) that I couldn't go and check it out. I took some visits to this place a few times and did not see the fox, until today. Like I said I saw 2 types of pawn prints. I followed it and when I looked up I saw a small reddish figure crossing the road... Got yah, by the time I arrived at the place I saw the fox, The cyclist and his german-sheperd returned ( the bigger pawns and the bicycle tires ).... I went after the fox but....the vegetation is full of similar colored leafs... and i just couldn't see it. I could bet it would see me.. but I.... no. I really hope that we would get some snow this year so I can see it better. I sense you fox.. I will find you and shoot you ( photographically ) . I have a picture of a fox, but not a good one of it.
*about the pic : this is a stack of 20+ pics of the place where the fox is supposed to be
This is the my first macro shot in this year, kinda late, but I didn't had much time to go and take photos. Hopefully this will change soon. I will try to make some serious macro photography this year, buy a good macro flash or some diffuser. I already own a 100mm 2:1 macro lens... so. There was almost no snow this year, when it was for a period of 2-3 day I didn't had time to go and take photos. So the fox is "safe" from being "shot'. And with the end of "winter" and the " depression" that comes with it. I really hope to start doing some serious photography and not just fooling @. By the way If you are interested in my macro work I have a instagram account called : : natureuberalles ( I don't want to... "promote" myself on inst. but I want it to be a sort of a encyclopedia of little stuff and not only. I want to use flickr for my...more creative stuff. If you follow me I will follow you back, only if you like my work and not for the "follower counts" ) Thanks for the visit and have a nice day. π

When I was young there was snow...from November in in December we had temperatures of -10 celsius...now 30 years later there is +16 degrees π³. Don't get me wrong I don't like snow and coldness. Well hopefully January will be January. This picture is stacked, I thin k there is 20+ pictures in this scene. Did a little bit of color modification and some general exposure and level settings. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day.
Minimalist photography
is a form of photography that is distinguished by extreme, austere simplicity. It emphasizes spareness and focuses solely on the smallest number of objects in the composition process. Minimalist photographers usually focus solely on one particular subject, rather than an abundance of color, patterns and information. ( wikipedia )
I love learning new stuff in photography, and some techniques requires allot of time to learn and understand..... witch I have a hard time to do . This is minimal as can be ( I think)

I must admit I cheated, I dragged the HUE's on the green and oranges to make it more... reddish, I don't know when I will have time to go for trekking maybe late in fall.
B. major exhibits a unique flight behavior known as "yawing" and plays a role in general pollination, without preference of flower types. The fly does not bite, sting, or spread disease. However, the fly uses this mimicry of bumblebees to its own advantage, allowing close access to host solitary bee and wasp nests in order to deposit its eggs. After hatching, the larvae find their way into the nests to parasitically feed on the grubs. Wikipedia

It depends of kind of organism you are...trees could be a whole universe, a toothpick or a toilet paper.
In May's embrace, the summer awakes,
A dance of warmth, the earth partakes.
A tree, solitary, stands tall and free,
A witness to tales, of what used to be.
Childhood's nostalgia, a treasure untold,
Whispers of innocence, now grown old.
A playground of memories, etched in time,
Imagination's symphony, a childhood rhyme.
Under the tree, secrets were shared,
Dreams were woven, and laughter flared.
In the gentle breeze, whispers recall,
Days of wonder, when we stood so small.
Oh, May's sweet touch, revive those years,
When time was gentle, and worries mere.
Let the tree's solace embrace our souls,
As childhood's magic forever unfolds.
May and summer, a harmonious blend,
A bridge to the past, where memories send.
In the tree's shadow, we find solace anew,
Nostalgia's gift, forever we pursue.
( I'm not great with words... I had asked A.I for this part )
A moment captured, frozen in time
A bridge of old, a city sublime
A river flows beneath its span
A skyline rises, a modern plan
Amidst the hustle and the bustle
A moment of peace, a moment to rustle
The leaves that cling to branches high
A glimpse of nature, a serene sky
The bridge a symbol of days gone by
A testament to what we can supply
But nature remains, a steadfast force
Reminding us of a different course
So take a breath, enjoy the view
Take in the old, embrace the new
For in this moment, all can agree
Beauty surrounds, for all to see.

Happy New Year 2017
It has been a long time since I've posted on Flickr, I've been feeling quite uninspired to go out ant take pictures, thee things happen and to be honest I still ain't. But when I had the time I edited my older photos, and that the only thing i've been doing in photographic terms for the past good few months, I was out a couple of times in the woods but.....meh ββοΈ. The only scape goat would be that this summer was awful, it wasn't hot it was scourging. I learned to use ( somewhat ) darktable photoediting software, and the only thing I could say that is missing from lightroom is the ability to panorama stack photos, but it compensates that darktable has superior masking tools and it is freee and legal. This picture i've taken is also editen in darktable ( but I resized it in photoscape ββοΈ ) I've put a LED light on top of the mushroom to hive it a glow, initially my vision for this pic was something else.... but some how it turned out better this way.
Thank's for the visit and have a nice day π P.S. I don't know if Flickr allows it if I scrolled down the term part without reading it, but if you want to connect on social networks you can also find me on

Thank you again for the visit and I wish you all a nice sunday evening! π
I know It says in the exif file that I edited it in photoscape but I only resized it, I did it in darktable. The camera I use was a compact camera a nikon coolpix s8000, I didn't really liked the camera simply because it didn't had any full manual mode Β―\(Β°_o)/Β― and now raw format ( at least 12-bit ) I sold it a short time after but I didn't really liked to use this camera. This photo was taken a long time ago ( when there was snow for the christmas holydays ). The composition is minimalist, the simplest is the best. Thank you for the visit and have a nice day/holyday's π.
I went on a hike, same old route, and last time when I was in these places I saw that there was allot of lizards. So I decided to bring my old 70-300 sigma to take photos of them, they usually run away and hide, by the time I see them they are already gone π , well this one seems to like staying and even posing. I think it was curious about my presence. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day! π
The steeples swam in amethyst,
The news like squirrels ran.
The hills untied their bonnets,
The bobolinks begun.
Then I said softly to myself,

A reminder to myself and my fellow people!
This is a last years photo....I should go and find myself a cheap house somewhere in the woods/ mountains to go away for the weekend. I don't know.... I'm just tired.
Forgot my wide angle lens at home yesterday and I had to do a photostack of this landscape, I had my D850 with me witch has alot of Mpx (45-46 if I remember ) and the problem was that this is made of multiple images in total It has a resolution of 21523x9725 witch is 209 mpx in total my potato pc sufferd the most out of this. Of course this is just a " illustration " of the original, not even the colors look as the original and thanks to instr beautiful crop policies it doesn't even show the full pic ββοΈ.... Sooo the lesson is always double check your bag to be sure you didn't forget anything. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day!
I see allot of people take pictures of butterflies and this one is the most... posted one ( at least as I see it ). Thanks for the visit and have nice day βΊ
It was cold, muddy and dull, and I am feeling sick so didn't do much just this panorama pic. " It ain't much but it's honest work" If you have questions feel free to ask π. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day! π
Well I tried to do some black and white forest photography and I read that using filters can help enhance a black and white image, and what I've read that using a red filter helps darken the sky, creates more contrast and brings out the clouds in a scene.... I tried it, I don't really recommend it to be honest. As for forest I read that it is recommended to use a green filter to brighten the green and bring out the color in black and white....well this picture is made with a green filter and it is actually a panorama, the light was beautiful. I kind of regret using filters. I don't really recommend using one or the other, rather I would recommend a circular polarizer, neutral density filters and graduated ND filters.... well I guess I learned the hard way. This is the only pic I like that looks ok ( in my opinion at least ). Thanks for the visit and have a nice day π
I'm always struggling to put on the screen the light I see, especially in forests. I ques I need to learn to compose a picture as well, yesterday when I was trekking I felt like I forgot to take pictures.... that I cant recreate the stuff I see. As I observe now days you can take pictures with a potato use A.I and edit it too look like it's not even of this world. I always try to not over edit colors and light, understand the medium I'm capturing the pictures and use it to it's full potential. The theory is like with women painting themself, when I see a woman with " war paint " on them I usually think of them as someone ugly trying to cover it. My grandfather had a saying that goes " a woman who is beautiful should be beautiful in the morning as in the evening " that is how I try to edit my photos as little as possible and trying to give it a personality or message not cheap filters and A.I. ( I really hope I didn't triggered no one with the woman stuff ). Thanks for the visit and have a nice day! π
Soft winds whisper, "Spring is here,"
Flowers unfurl, casting off fear.
Blossoms dance in sunlit hues,
Buzzing bees, a sweet perfume infuse.
Amidst a green forest on a summer's day,
I wander through nature in a tranquil array.
The sun's golden fingers dance through the trees,
A gentle breeze whispers secrets to the leaves.
Each step I take on the path of soft earth,
Leads me deeper into nature's rebirth.
Birdsong serenades from hidden abodes,
As I walk in the green, where life freely flows.
The emerald canopy, a shelter above,
Filters the sunlight, a tapestry of love.
In dappled shade, I find respite and peace,
Where worries and cares find sweet, swift release.
Wildflowers bloom with colors so bright,
A symphony of hues, a true delight.
Butterflies waltz on the warm, scented air,
Creating a scene so enchantingly rare.
The babbling brook, a gentle refrain,
Adds music to moments that stillness sustains.
I dip my hand in the cool, crystal stream,
A reminder that life is but a dream.
With each step, the forest becomes my guide,
In its verdant embrace, my spirits reside.
As the day unfolds, nature's magic unfurls,
Walking in the green, I am one with the world.
Upon a mountain's silent crest,
A monochrome canvas, nature's best.
A solitary tree, poised with grace,
At the mountain's edge, in its embrace.
Beside a winding road, it winds and turns,
As if nature's hand in it discerns.
A railway's path runs parallel,
Whispering tales, ancient as a spell.
The Mures River, tranquil and wide,
With graceful currents, it does glide.
Through valleys and meadows, it drifts and flows,
A testament to time, as onward it goes.
Soimos Castle, though hidden from view,
Its spirit lingers, as ancient stones do.
In this scene, a story is unfurled,
A snapshot of a changing world.
The castle's essence, forever near,
Though unseen, it lingers here.
In this black and white tableau,
A timeless tale of long ago.
A.I generated poem. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day.
In the heart of the forest, where shadows conceal,
Lies the story of ages, a history so real.
Once thriving with life, a village long gone,
Whispers through time, like a timeless song.
Beneath the green canopy, secrets are buried,
Legends and tales, in the soil they're carried.
Roman treasures hidden, in soil they lay,
Echoes of Arpad and Matyas, they say.
Through centuries passed, like leaves in the breeze,
These mountains have witnessed the rise and the ease.
Hunyadi's valor, the empire's grand stride,
In this ancient haven, they all did reside.
Forgotten by most, but remembered by few,
The ghosts of the past, in the forest they strew.
Each artifact found, a connection to yore,
A glimpse into lives, once thriving and more.
So when you behold this forest so deep,
Remember the souls in eternal sleep.
For history's layers, like rings in a tree,
Reveal tales of lives that once used to be.
In the heart of this forest, where history resides,
Ancient echoes linger, where nature now hides.
Let's cherish the past in this mystical place,
A tapestry of time, in this serene space.
( A.I Generated poem )
...................................................
The picture is a panoramic type, the light was awful, I made some ...tests- practice. I made a series of 3 pannoramic images and some HDR types ( don't get cheap on the tripod :)) trust me)
the panoramic one are in color versions as well but in my opinion due to the awful light I simplified it to black and white ( contrast and light ). As for the poem I asked chat gpt.... well Let's just say there is allot of history in these woods that is only known from ancient maps dating back to the early 18th century ( that is only available in Hungarian archives ) and from "mouth" that was passed down from generations that is almost non existent today.
Thanks for the visit and have a nice day :)
In the heart of the forest, bathed in golden light,
A tree stands tall, a majestic sight.
Nature's beauty, a gift so pure,
A source of wonder that will endure.
Its branches reach for the sky above,
A testament to life, growth, and love.
In the dappled sunlight, it finds its grace,
A reminder of the beauty in every place.
So in this moment, let's take a pause,
To admire nature's infinite laws.
For in this tree, we can see,
A reflection of life's true beauty.
( A.I. generated... I don't know if I already said it but I'm not that fond of A.I. and I really don't want to use it, but chat gpt makes a good peom generator. With respect to real writers of course )
