This is the new North Vancouver Museum building near the Lonsdale Quay. It is in the final stages of construction, but these balconies on the condo side of the building are complete. Not sure how they're going to work, as I was looking up here - it almost looks like they would run into each other.
Kristiansand's new buildings. Built on the emptying site for outdoor toilets in the city, at times we can smell the old relics.
I was going to call this the window house, but then I noticed how many ladders are attached to this house. This is a new house being built on the Corrotoman River in the Northern Neck of Virginia.
You can be sure this construction is not being done by Earl and Daryl. There are actually safety measures to protect the workers.

The station was opened in 1895 as part of the now abandoned Setesdal Line from Kristiansand to Byglandsfjord. The station was the only station on the line to be built with bricks, due to local regulations after the city fire in 1892. Like all other stations on the line, the station was designed by Paul Due.
In 1937, Norsk Spisevognselskap agreed to take over operations of the restaurant when the Sørland Line was completed to Kristiansand. Operations started on 16 June 1938, a week before the line opened. On 9 December 1940, the company decided to invest 100,000 kr in a new restaurant building at the station. It was taken into use on 28 November 1942.
This community known as New Town St. Charles was built on farmland several years ago. It's essentially akin to a self contained gated community. Thanks for looking.
This is just a little over a mile west of my house and until about 3 years ago was a very nice farm.. Growth every where.. You wonder where the people are coming from.. Happy Telegraph Tuesday, Everybody!!

Maybe it's because I've been a driver for a couple different jobs, or maybe I'm just a nerd for roads, but I love driving on newly completed sections of road, from city streets to major highway reconstruction.
This is the recently finished tunnel connecting eastbound 94 to the 894 bypasss at the south end of Milwaukee. This segment has been open a while already, the tunnel connecting 894 to 94 east/43 north was also completed, and the first day it was open I made sure to take a detour on my drive home just to use the tunnel.
First roll of film through the recently acquired Revue 400L. Expired Fuji Pro 160S.

Colorful tile detail on the side of 5th & Madison, a brand new residential high rise in downtown Seattle, right next to the Seattle Public Library. There was a barely there bit of sun light shining on it.
Right after this shot, we crossed the street and went in the library where we took this photo.

This is a snippet of the first floor of the construction site that the crane seen in the photograph titled "Urban Invasion" sits atop. I was initially attracted to all the chaos and colors of this scene and really enjoyed working out this composition.
