Recently had a shoot with this gorgeous flush Audi A3. The car is on bags with a few modifications. This wagon definitely has a very mean stance!

Met up with my friend the other night to shoot his resurrected mk2 Jetta GLI and ended up at a haunted cemetery. Happy Halloween everybody!

John Vanek's 1987 Volkswagen Jetta GLI, back from the dead, after lots of restoration on his end. The car now sports a fresh coat of Atlas Grey Metallic paint over the bodywork that was done, a full Recaro inteior, some Kamei hood scoops, Zender sport wheels, full stainless Bosal exhaust, and a 2.0 ABA motor with a Neuspeed SC and a handful of other bolt on goodies. The best part is the car isn't done yet, he's changing it up as we speak and it'll have even more period correct and rare parts when he's done.

He swapped the interior, fixed the body himself, had a hand from a friend re-spraying it, then installed a handful of awesome parts and is now in the midst of an ABA swap with a Neuspeed supercharger (which he's hoping to finish by H2oi).

Bought a new type dipstick as the old plastic model is prone to breaking, which is a disaster.

 

The length is a bit different, which I will need to take into account when performing an oil measurement.

Yes i know the car is very dirty.

 

No, it doesn't improve the aerodynamics having that massive sofa on the roof, but being slammed on neuspeeds makes it look cool.

cleaner than it was.. and loaded up for another trip to the tip. i know it would be cooler if it was a vintage longboard..
