Be nerdy as fuck. Stay sexy. Remain intelligent. Be courageous. But, above all, embrace the shit out of your insanity. - Erin Van Vuren
Good morning all! I'm very glad the week is almost over because this one has been exceptionally crazy. I think it has been for most of us.
Anyhow, it is Friday and this is my fence. I'm going to show my Disney nerdiness because that branch, I think it's Olaf's little arm. I know there got to be some Frozen fans out there that see it too, right? :-)
Enjoy your day and weekend. Take Care all!

This little baby was fresh out of the nest and perched on a limb in one of the shrubs outside my house. I was able to get right up on it to snap a couple of quick photographs and it never moved other than looking around to try and figure out what was happening...

One of the exhibits at the Wilson County Fair was a demonstration in blacksmithing. This specific demonstration was a gentleman making a ball pein hammer head and, at this point, he was splitting open the center to create a hole for the handle. I could have stood and watched this for longer than everyone else was willing but was able to stay long enough to snap a few decent photos of this amazing, old world craft. If you ever get the chance to watch this, take it...it will be worth your time!!

I had thought about describing this one using the Weird Al song of the same name. I chose not to because I don't want to suffer the same fate as that of the guy who made such a tactless remark.
