Happy Memorial Day everyone, and hope a good one for everyone.

I was looking at some of the images of the Meadowlark's and really liked this one, and thought the look was as unusual as can be, so here it is, and hope you all like it as much as I did.

Thank you as always for visiting.

Ibis sacro

Parco naturale delle Lame del Sesia

INCESSANT TRILLING, and fluty song generally delivered in flight, a joy to see and hear. Invariably associated with grassy habitats, from meadows, moors and heaths to arable farmland. The species has declined alarmingly in many parts.

Good Friday morning everyone, and hope you all have a great day and weekend, and get out and shoot.

This image I killed folks, he did not stop posing and I did not stop shooting, but will end this series tomorrow.

Thank s for visiting, and always very much appreciated.

Had great lunch Yesterday watching the butterflies from the window, so much traffic with all the insects, also time for the Goldfinches to gather Sunflower seeds.

Have a nice weekend.

TUBE NOSTRILS, puts the fulmar, with the family of the shearwaters and petrels, not a gull, to watch these birds with stiffly held wings and effortless gliding action, captured from the top of the cliffs at Northforland Margate, Kent. U.K are a joy to watch, they nest in the chalk cliffs. Please zoom in to see the tube nose! (110 cm in length)

Robin for lunch, so sad to see but that's nature for you.

The sea was very rough the day we were there, so the boat we sat in when I made the shot was moving a lot all the time -- and we couldn't go close up to the island. With some element of luck, this shot is reasonable sharp in any case -- even if the bird was some 15-20 meters away from me.

I work for a landscape gardening company. We create these beautiful living walls. This one is at our office and is used for training. I was out photographing it today for a training presentation, thought I'd post it for you all to see.

Thanks for watching the pictures and the Faves .... it's very much appreciated..........;-))

ELEGANT DABBLING DUCK, the adult male see here, has a chocolate-brown head and nape, with the white breast extending as a stripe up the side of the head. The plumage is otherwise grey and finely marked, but note the cream and black stern, and that long pointed tail that is often held at an angle. One of my very favourite ducks, its lifting its head and neck high, and about to bid a hasty retreat, on seeing me, and who could blame it...........

BEST viewed large, the duck not me...........lol.

++++++++++++++++++++ THANK YOU for your time and support, love reading your kind comments The weekend is almost upon us, hope you all have a wonderful time, God bless, happy snapping but stay safe...

...........Tomx.
