U.K WADERS SEEN IN THE GAMBIA
================================
4th In the series, a real beauty, you can approach these birds much more than in the U.K, but you may not want to with this one, because that sludge is sewage, found at the local treatment plant, as do many other birds.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR FRIENDSHIP, it means such a lot. Am hoping the Government will allow nature reserves and parks to open soon, as I think this would still be safe, maybe keep the hides and information buildings locked up.
Stay strong and safe my friends, you are in my prayers.............
God bless...................................Tomx

Peaceful Bokeh Wednesday
This magnificent flambé had the courtesy to come and forage on our lavenders last week, in fact they were 2 but the other one had lost one of its tails, this one is intact for the moment, I hope they will come again.
With a maximum wingspan of 8 cm, the flambé is a cream-colored butterfly with large black stripes. Its tails are black and the tips of its hind wings have blue lunules and red spots. It lives in plains and orchards up to 2000 m between May and August.
Thanks a lot dear friends for your visits, kind comments, awards, invites, and faves.
Wish you all a nice week❤️

A walk along the oceans shore. The late afternoon world is full of colors, mostly shades of red and gold. The ocean is loud,intense and the power is unmistakable. The wildlife hunts and gains power from the sounds and sights. It is entertainment only nature can provide.`125
Nature is conquering back its space with plants that are rampantly overgrowing the modern age. In the background you can see a third bicycle which is almost covered by plants.
Nature
Nature, mountains, lakes, rivers, flowers, there is nothing so wonderful and close to happiness than to contemplate the places that nature offers us, and in addition to enjoying them, keep those images in my old camera to remember them again when I'm no longer there, where the silence was heard
This is one of the places I go to regularly, it is located in the province of Zamora, and it is a Biosphere Reserve, Parque de las Lagunas de Sanabria.
