Hello again all my dear Flickr friends. I can not stand anymore without Flickr ..
Today I had to borrow a small laptop, without LR and PS but I can still find an image to upload.
I have sat for hours several days chatting on Adobe to get the PS work. All the problems started with an automatic upgrade of Windows 10. Three different agents have rummaged through my hard disc to find fault, but to no avail. Today, the last attempt, then I have to do a clean installation of Windows.
Thinking with anger that I did not start with a Mac instead. And to make good pictures with cell phone, I have never managed to teach me.

You can reach this refuge ( 3006 m ) from Obergurgl in the Ötztaler Alps on a hiking trail in 4 hours. This house was built by the section Hamburg of German Alpine Association in the year 1881. The house serves the mountaineers as accomodation for further alpine tours. That ´s exactly what my friend and i did. We made an ice climbing on a high three thousand meter mountain.
I spent the past week in the Muskoka area north of Huntsville Ontario on Clam Lake outside of Kearney. At the cottage we stayed at there were several of these beautiful hummingbirds close by and they loved feeding on these bright red flowers the owners had in their garden. This is a shot of a female which does not have the red markings around the throat and upper chest area.
I hope when I retire I will be in those canoes and part of somebody else’s picture. Wouldn’t that be amazing ?

Ab und an sorgte eine Lücke zwischen den Bäumen für ein bisschen Licht und setzte schöne Akzente. Ich hatte Glück, dass das Licht die letzten Blätter am Baum aufleuchten ließ. Das Foto entstand Anfang Dezember an einem sonnigen Tag kurz vor Sonnenuntergang.
We were walking in Rattlesnake point trail in Burlington which is so beautiful but when I saw this cutie couldn’t help stopping and asking the owners who we were nice btw, to take a photo.
These orchids are characterized by the slipper-shaped pouches of the flowers – the pouch traps insects so they are forced to climb up past the staminode, behind which they collect or deposit pollen, thus fertilizing the flower. There are approximately 165 species in the subfamily."
