Col du Galibier, Route des Grandes Alpes, France
The Col du Galibier is the mythical passage of the Tour de France cyclist. Linking the northern and southern Alps, the Col du Galibier offers a grandiose panorama of the Alps and with 2,642 m of altitude, it is the fifth highest road pass in the French Alps.
It is located on Route des Grandes Alpes, a fabulous mountain road between Lake Geneva (Thonon-les-Bains) and the shores of the Mediterranean (Menton) include 16 passes that are among the highest in the Alps.
The Kelpies are 30-metre-high horse-head sculptures depicting kelpies (shape-shifting water spirits), located between Falkirk and Grangemouth, standing next to a new extension to the Forth and Clyde Canal, and near River Carron, in The Helix, a new parkland project built to connect 16 communities in the Falkirk Council Area, Scotland. Towering above the Forth & Clyde Canal, The Kelpies are a feat of engineering, each made with 300 tonnes of structural steel; a steel frame with stainless steel cladding. The sculptures were designed by sculptor Andy Scott and were completed in October 2013 to form a gateway at the eastern entrance to the Forth and Clyde canal. The Kelpies are a monument to horse-powered heritage across Scotland.

The super vet is a mythical creature that has always managed to elude photographers for ages. For the ancient pet owners the the super vet was such a sacred being that its name was not uttered in vain. The super vet have been called by many nicknames one is ”Mike”.
After spending a night in a hideout at a secret location with a super long tele 35/2.8 lens payed off. All of a sudden he appeared doing his morning hygiene before going into surgery. I got lucky and got one sharp image of the shy being.

The Inca Trail is a mythical trek in Peru that takes you to the city of Machu Picchu, it lasts in its long version of 4 to 5 days.
The short version lasts a day, and that's the one I made.
After a departure at dawn in Cuzco, and a long train ride along the Urubamba River, the train stops in the middle of the bush at km 104, at an altitude of 2100 m (6889 ft).
The crossing of the river on a suspension bridge marks the beginning of the hike, we go for a steep climb up to the altitude of 2650 m (8694 ft)
In passing, we cross the archaeological site of Chachabamba.

Sur le départ du chemin de l'Inca
Le chemin de l'Inca est une randonnée mythique au Pérou qui vous amène jusqu'à la cité de Machu Picchu, elle dure dans sa version longue de 4 à 5 jours.
La version courte dure une journée, et c'est celle que j'ai faite.
Après un départ aux aurores à Cuzco, et un long trajet de train le long de la rivière Urubamba, le train s'arrête en pleine brousse au km 104, à l'altitude de 2100 m.
La traversée de la rivière sur un pont suspendu marque le début de la randonnée, c'est parti pour une montée raide jusqu'à l'altitude de 2650 m

Prague’s swans are photographed almost as much as some of the monuments, statues, cathedrals and buildings throughout the city.

One of the grandest – and most photographed – landmarks in the United States, Monument Valley is a sprawling, sandy preserve that spans the border between Arizona and Utah, bathing the region in rich red hues. Dominated by crimson mesas and surreal sandstone towers – some as tall as 1,000 feet – the area is also known for dramatic, mesmerizing lighting, with the sun illuminating the towers and casting long shadows on the valley floor.
Located inside the Navajo Nation – one of the largest Native American tribes in the United States – Monument Valley is around four hours northeast of Flagstaff, near the Four Corners area.
Monument Valley provides perhaps the most enduring and definitive images of the American West. The isolated red mesas and buttes surrounded by empty, sandy desert have been filmed and photographed countless times over the years for movies, adverts and holiday brochures. Because of this, the area may seem quite familiar, even on a first visit, but it is soon evident that the natural colors really are as bright and deep as those in all the pictures. The valley is not a valley in the conventional sense, but rather a wide flat, sometimes desolate landscape, interrupted by the crumbling formations rising hundreds of feet into the air, the last remnants of the sandstone layers that once covered the entire region.
