There were buses crammed in all around Eastwood Trading Estate, as further down we find a National that’s almost totally blocked by a Gemini. XUA 73X was new to West Riding in 1982 and wore a couple of fleet numbers; 102; 202... in preservation it has been given an older ‘heritage’ version of West Riding livery. Just a shame we can’t see it.
Meanwhile there is BN61 MXR, which was new in early 2012 to First London (Centrewest) as VN37967 although is on a BN reg like some of the vehicles delivered for the Olympic games – yet apparently wasn’t one of them. Predictably it passed to Tower Transit but then somehow ended up with Arriva London as VLW904. After London it appears Stotts had it for a bit and then came to Yorkshire Buses, where it was finally painted out of TfL red and into YB’s smart white and red.
Unfortunately between me taking this and getting it uploaded, Yorkshire Buses has ceased operating, and it remains to be seen where this nomadic B9TL will head off to next. Seeing as Yorkshire Buses is an operator I’d not seen before it also means my first photo of one of their buses is also my last. Better than none at all, I suppose.
Look at the National with its one fog light... and the building behind where getting two windows of the same size was evidently too much of a task!

MXR Bass Envelope Filter Pedal Detail, This is the limit of my macro lens, 1:1 at 70mm, I can go no closer!
I grew up playing with and loving Hot Wheels toy cars. We didn't have much money when I was a kid, and you could get a very cool car that you could drive really fast for not that much cash. used my Tamron 90mm macro lens, a flash, and piece of black Plexiglass to capture the car and its reflection .Mastretta MXR.
