Reform of Commercial Premises (butcher shop), which is part of the First Phase of the Wang Family Business and Investment Plan in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and in Barcelona (City).
These projects are located in strategic areas with the greatest commercial movement for sale to the public in the food sector in: Av. Miraflores, Carrer Muns, Carrer Montseny and Av. Severo Ochoa, as well as in the San Josep de la Boquería Market in the Rambla Catalunya in the center of Barcelona.
The reform of these premises (which already had a previous license from the City Council) implied the creation of a special space to maintain the assortment of the meat genre and not break the cold chain, preserving their properties. With these reforms, a change was also made in the electrical supply network of each commercial premises, adapting them to current regulations.
The spatial distribution of each location is very simple, because the machinery necessary for commissioning was taken into account as a priority.
