Congressman Thompson had a great time visiting Napa Valley Language Academy. He was extremely impressed by the great work being done to help these students learn multiple languages. In addition to learning different languages, the students learn all the traditional subjects, study music and help raise money for Mamma Jeanne's Orphanage in the Congo. Many thanks to our teachers and students for all they do!

This telegram was confirmation for a 2-night run of Ray Charles shows on the Steel Pier right here in Atlantic City in June of 1978.
The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, located on the Boardwalk, opened in June 2018 on the site of the former Trump Taj Mahal, which had operated from 1990 to 2016. The hotel and casino feature a large collection of music memorabilia, more than 2,000 slot machines, and 120 table games, along with multiple dining and entertainment venues, including the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena.
