"It looks alot better then these screenshots. I just figured out that F12 is how you take screenshots in game. Ill try that next time. Fraps is compressing em. I get around 40-50avg mins around 30 some areas around 70+ very playable. Im having some sound skipping issues not too too bad. (onboard audio). Animations are great. It looks much better when your playing. This IS NOT Very High detail. (very high detail is greyed out in beta) Also this is DX9 (beta is dx9 only so far) Still looks great and it does have movable vegetation an all that. This will be a fun MP game. "

This shows off a few things. First, it shows how the banners are utilized. Each player is represented by a banner which allows other players to teleport to their location.
Also, this shows off how the difficulty of gameplay adapts to the number and strength of players. As more people join multiplayer sessions, the monsters become more difficult to defeat.

Last year, id Software showed the next Doom to fans behind closed doors, and a few weeks ago we got a scant three-second teaser . As promised, Bethesda made the full reveal at its E3 conference today, announcing that the game will be available in Spring 2016 (Autumn in Australia). Built using the idTech 6 engine, id Software executive producer Marty Stratton said Doom is to be centred around three principles: “badass demons, big effing guns and moving really, really fast.” The game’s multiplayer component was shown off, and will take place in arenas ranging UAC facilities through to “the depths of hell”, with game modes such as ‘domination’, ‘freeze tag’ and ‘clan arena’.

Big screen projection at "Epidemik" at La Cité des Sciences in Paris. The multiplayer game looks great, but I found it quite confusing and shallow in terms of learning and understanding epidemics. I was player n. 10, by the way.
