The annual Multicultural Food Festival is one our highlights of the year. We spent the whole day wandering around the festival, trying a variety. Non stop eating! Fantastic!

This particular dish is known as "hoppers". The one shown in the picture is a plain one. They can come with an egg in the middle. Eaten with a nice curry.
