Es ist noch kein Jahr her, dass unsere afghanische Patentochter unter großen Gefahren Kabul verlassen und Deutschland erreicht hat. Vor einer Woche hat sie in ihrer neuen Heimat für uns gekocht, und soeben kam die tolle Nachricht, dass sie ihre B1-Deutschprüfung mit 97 von 100 Punkten bestanden hat! Von 0 auf 100, ich freue mich so!
Da kann man entspannt das Opferfest feiern dieses Wochenende.
Der Handy-Schnappschuss zeigt einen ganz unbekümmerten Mix der Kulturen, und ich kann es immer noch kaum fassen, dass diese riskante Fluchtaktion geklappt hat, und Saliha lebt. Es stand auf Messers Schneide.
Jetzt steht sie ihrer großen Schwester bei, die mit gesundheitlichen Problemen zu kämpfen hat, geht zur Schule und spielt Fußball im Verein. Das ist Resilienz pur.
Und wir haben Angst, womöglich bald lauwarm duschen zu müssen...

بيتٍ تجي فيه يظهر فيـه ماريـه..اللـي لهلهـا مزينهـا مبانيهـا
من جن عنده تجي لتباعته خيـه..قليب بدوٍ وتورد فـي مظاميهـا
يقبل على بيته ويقفـون رجليـه..كنهم سباعٍ علـى رسٍ بيسقيهـا
لاجا المسير لقـى هيـلٍ وبريـه..معها صحنها قدوعٍ لـه يباريهـا
ون جات هجنٍ من الفرجه خلاويه..ثم نوخت عنده يرحـب يعشيهـا
هذي سلوم العرب ياللي لكم نيـه..لاشبها نشمـي يفطـن القافيهـا

أسمه عند ولادته بمترك ( بادي ) ولكن لخلقة وفروسيته
أصر على كتابة اسمه بشيبان وهذا لانه يفتخر بأسم شيبان

Ramadan is a religious observance that takes place during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, believed to be the month in which the Qur'an began to be revealed. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which Muslims don't eat or drink anything from dawn until sunset. Fasting is meant to teach the person patience and humility. Ramadhan is a time to fast for the sake of God, to offer even more prayer than normal and ask forgiveness for the sins of your past and ask for guidance in the future. To refrain from every day evils and try to purify oneself through self-restraint and good deeds.
This was the last sunset of 2024 at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi.

THE SPIRIT OF SACRIFICE:::::::::::::::::::::::::>
The prayers were followed by sacrificing animals.
To commemorate Hazrat Ibrahim's (AS) devotion to almighty Allah as illustrated by his readiness to give up his dearest son Hazrat Ismail (AS), well-off Muslims sacrifice animals and share the sacrificial meat with their relatives, neighbours and poor people.
Eid-ul-Azha does not simply commemorate the unique sacrifice made by them, it also testifies eloquently to the way in which both father and son cheerfully offered to suffer any self-sacrifice, however painful or difficult it might be, in order to obey the command of Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds.
