You are looking at a handwound 17-jewel pocket watch movement in a dead cheap "Polaris" pocket watch from the Yantai Watch & Clock Factory.
These watches were sold for the breathtaking amount of 75 CNY (equals about 10.40 EUR or 11.76 USD) as souvenirs at the Yantai Watch & Clock Museum.
Considering how much gunk is inside this movement, it is no wonder the watch is that cheap...

Yet another shot from my creek bank session. Here, I really like the light and the bokeh, where the grass produced a bokeh that seems to add some movement to the background. I hope you like it too!

This was one second of me walking very fast. I was surprised how much remained recognizable because obviously there was a lot of camera movement. The spooky winter woods are so dark that it's a perfect playground for weird ICM fun!
In a way, it's like relinquishing control and becoming merely a witness to see what glimpses of another world may appear in my camera. There is something so liberating in that.
The Good Lord finally gave me a good sunrise to catch and this one is from Town Beach in Port Macquarie. Incidentally, if you look at the movement up close you would know that I got my feet wet with this one. But, that's ok!
NOTE: No added saturation!
