I am particularly prou do fthis one. Its actually 20 20 second shots stacked using the Starry Landscape app and finished off in Photoshop. There are four additional dark frames to counter some of the noise. The arch is illuminated with a LumeCube.
I had this shot stuck in my head for months.

For the Month of February, our Roleplayer is Fanta. If not for you, I'd probably still be spiraling and panicking. Instead of doing a vote as we always do for our roleplayer of the month, it was a decision amongst the staff that you should be our roleplayer of the month. Thank you for giving us the strength, confidence, and creativity boost back into TMR. We are so excited to have you become our new dire waters lead <3
What a horrible day it is outside, so here is a nicer morning last month, from the south shore of Buttermere. This was not the photo I thought I was going to post as I have few from my Buttermere trip I would still like to post, but I’m getting a bit fed up of them. None of them stand out for me, so I push and pull them in LR then I get fed up. Like they say “you can’t make a silk purse out of sow’s ear”. So in the end this photo caught my eye as I’d had not played with it and the bubbly clouds it seemed to compensate for the fact that highlights are blown.

We'll be leaving our steep conifer-covered slope for more open terrain. This is national forest land, a few minutes' drive from the house we'll move into this week.
I decided to post just a simple portrait of Dusty this week. Kind of to show who he is and where he is in his development. He is now 4 1/2 months old and just over 30 pounds. He looks less and less like a plush toy and more like a dog every day.
I'm looking forward to sharing his first year and his life with all of you.
January is a reminder that the Winter season is long. Somehow I think that the “Winter Months” seem longer than any of the other months of the year. The snow and the wind can be very taxing when wanting to take a walk. Talking photos can be a chore but still we do it. Gratitude and Kindness know no calendar as they’re always present.

I walk these lanes every day, and when I got to this spot today, I remembered my earlier photo and went back for my camera. [It's the same spot, slightly different pov]
We're getting snow, but so far, only a few inches.
Our sweet little girl turned six months old. She’s been such a purrfect addition to our family and makes us laugh every day with her goofiness. We love & adore her SO much!
