Waterface. Turn the photo and you see a waterdrop with a big smile.

When I look at this photo for some time, it becomes 3D, very weird!

The upside down trees are symbolic of the fact that they're dead/dying, and so are the upside down birds as an effect of pollution. The smog which fills our city skies these days, like a black veil, is shown here to be clouding the person's mind, and hence he's losing control of his senses (shown with the closed eyes) as the poison rages through his system, making him incapacitated.
