Obock's region, Djibouti, Nov 15, 2021. During IOM's mobile unit patrol, three migrants were found next to the water tank (funded by the Echo project) where they were cooking rice given by local people in a pot found on the beach.

Obock, Djibouti, June 2021. 136 migrants intercepted by coast guards while trying to cross to Yemen and released in the desert. While waiting for the smugglers to pick them up, they start the journey back to the city on foot. IOM Doctor is giving a ride to selected vulnerable migrants along the way
