During the oil train boom you never knew what you would catch on MMA as they were borrowing decent amount of CP power. After picking up their shop cars the Brownville Jct. switcher makes a run to derby with two C30-7's and borrowed CP SD40-2. They are passing through log yard on a late fall afternoon.

A drive up Old Fall River Road in RMNP is always a treat. We generally see moose, elk, mule deer, and lots of marmots along the way. This year, we have encountered several marmot families with at least 3-4 pups each. The little ones are so playful and love to wrestle and tussle with each other like these two were doing early Saturday morning.

The very smart looking Scania is seen here at Lincoln bus station with one of PCC’s recently introduced services – the 43 to Market Rasen – on 15.6.23
MMA 5021 is leading two more C30-7's (MMA 3614 in Ferromex paint & MMA 5017) as it leaves Farnham Yard with MMA 2 on an August day in 2008.

Mjölnir is the name of Thor’s hammer in old norse mythology.
The gym’s main focus are martial arts, such as MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu, box and kickbox. For those who don’t like punching and kicking, there is program called Víkingaþrek, which translates to Viking Workout.
At Mjölnir, there is also a good facility for working out on one’s own, where you can find proper equipment for stretching and weight lifting. There is no equipment for cardio work out, though.
The Mjölnir gym has gained popularity in recent years, perhaps thanks to the success of one of its trainers, pro MMA fighter Gunnar Nelson.
