A Minecraft themed birthday cake for joint birthday boys Riley & Charlie.
This is a double height moist chocolate cake, covered in a thin layer of green & brown fondant icing and then thin fondant squares placed on top. Matching minecraft tools were hand painted.

This is a three bit adder circuit constructed in the Minecraft game using redstone and redstone torches. The inputs are at the top, three switches on the upper blocks are one three-bit input, and the three switches right below are the second three-bit input. The outputs are the four lights at the bottom.
Finally started playng Minecraft the other day. That was potentially a huge mistake. Let's just say that I can see why the alternate title for this game is "Minecrack"... It's addicting! Like Legos, but you don't have to worry about stepping on them ;-)
Anyway, can't spend much time on photo, must get back to buidling things ;-)
