'Earl of Mount Edgcumbe' accelerates away into the night after a brief stop at Chesterfield with the returning "Christmas White Rose".
So I finally got to meet 3 of my biggest inspirations! Joel Robison, Sarah Ann Loreth, and Shane Black are the nicest and most humble people I have ever met. Just being around them made me feel so happy and inspired. You only live life once so get out there and do what you love and open happiness and share it with the world. I took this photo at the Atlanta mini meet at Piedmont Park. Being around these guys gave me a huge burst of ideas. I mean they just kept flowing and it was so awesome. Thanks for such a great time guys!

Painted this with Mind (FIA VLOK) from Milan.
His piece is insanely inspiring!
Big up to the young brother gamo from Italy that dropped a great piece as well.
When you're tired of the days impression. // Then, wait for the early evening. // Take 3 rectangulars and one triangle / and one about cubic. // Essential to put the grid underneath / and SHOOT. // Back home / behind the computer / pull some strings / and your mind-frame gets set as simplex.

Langley, BC ... the little red house that sits abandoned on Western Turf Farm in Glen Valley .... minding the turf.
Every photographer I know has photographed this little house. In the past few years it is showing it's age ... falling down a bit more as time goes by.
Here, I played in Photoshop giving it a new sky, a painterly feel, a pretty sunrise and purpose. It's been minding the turf for so long ... it's about time it gets recognized for it.
I posted it on my FAA site for sale. Thank you for stopping by.

working on a not so fun project the past couple of days. I did take time this morning for this photo of Mike. He was clearing his often stressed mind...
I found myself in the same need of clearing my mind this morning. My life this week? Tedious retouching (machine salesmen!) .. having to process photos of carpet cleaning machines (hey! it's paid work!) but oh so boring.... more time later!
A rickety wooden boardwalk cutting through a mangrove swamp at Lucayan National park on Grand Bahama.
The park is in the eastern half of the island, which is mostly desolate pine barrens and home to just a handful of small towns on the coast.
Note: this and many of my other shots were taken with my Canon 70-300mm because I managed to break my 50mm pretty early on in the trip.
Note: This is a different version cropped to 4:5 ratio because I had it enlarged to 18x24" and it now hangs on my wall.

To many words racing from my mind
Trying to express what it feels
Like the baby who just born
I just see the white sheet without any defection
Expecting to understand
Only with the feeling and intuition
But in the end…understand nothing
Where is the perfection?
Grabbing piece of hope
To build the sand’s castle
Gone with the wave to the ocean
Flew with the wind to nowhere
Grateful to this life trying to enjoy till the fullest
I can feel this pain still
Enjoying it till all my nerve telling me if this pain is joyful of life
All of this decays made me immune to the sweet words in this world
I can’t be glowing person in the dark for your dark place
I just a ray of overcast…
Who can just dying after glow…
