RAY the RoboBirdlett was designed and built by Runcible to work together with his faster brother JET in cases of forest fires and emergencies. In constant contact with JET and Runcible via his head mounted comms array, he would swoop down in front of any panicing animals fleeing blindly from danger and calm them down with the Ultrasonic Harmonizer Ray built into his chest. Working as a team, JET and RAY would look after the welfare of the frightened forest folk, ensuring they don't harm themselves while Runcible and Rotund dealt with the fires.

It was done as part of the Kidderminster Arts Festival that took place throughout August 2016.
The New Road street art goes round the corner onto Market Street.
