Last looks at the Frank Gehry designed Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago. I can't decide which framing is more effective.

Maybe I did a little editing on this one and maybe it's a bit overboard, but I like it and, well, hey, it could happen!

Reflections on the "bean" at millenium park

The very polished serpentine metal "BP" bridge at Millennium Park in Chicago is seen here looking south before the bridge rises westward to cross Columbus Drive in the park. Really cool structure with SO many interesting vantage points.. and lots of tourists kissing and walking absurdly slow with intermittent flashes from their point & click cameras! : ) I just wish the major attractions here didn't have to be underwritten by corporate names.. it kind of sullies the whole thing a little, imho.

Explored. Thanks everyone for your visits, comments, invitations, faves and notes.

Sometimes you just have to stop and take a selfie with Chicago PD.
