Kostel Sv. Antonína was built 1908-1911 (arch. Frantisek Mikš) and dominate the lower part of Strossmayer Square. The whole square seemed to be renovated shortly before my visit in 2014. The church was always popular attraction for kids, as the steep hills (in the back of the church) were perfect for sledding in the winter time. I have been inside, as a kid, but only to do some mischief or hide from rain. The church is under heritage protection only since 2015. Not a tourist attraction as such, but at least no line-ups or extortionist entry fees as at St. Vitus Cathedral (about 350 K- that's 10 beers in a pub).
