Mobil sektörde var olmak ve yüksek satış rakamlarına ulaşmak isteyen Microsoft, tüm bu istek ve çabalarına rağmen sektörde istediği noktanın oldukça uzağında. Özellikle Microsoft tarafından yapılan son açıklamalarda şirketin ekonomik anlamdaki durumu gözler önüne serilirken mobil bölümün çok ciddi bir kayıp yaşamış olduğunun görüntülenmesi de dikkatlerden kaçmadı.

Three generations of the Microsoft Natural Keyboard and two bullet casings from Quentin Tarantinos upcoming movie "Inglourious Basterds" (made here in Germany).
On the left Microsoft's Natural Keyboard I - the material became an ugly color in the years so it blends my ugly desk in the office very well. Mechanical it's still perfect.
The second generation – Microsoft Natural Keyboard II isn't in the pic. It's been drowned when it got a glas of wine in a party.
In the middle the 3rd generation – Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard. Worse than generation I + II but usable.
On the right the newest generation. Worst mechanical system and wireless badly crypted. Every hacker can sniff your passwords etc. on air. I can't recommend it at all.
And next time I'll show you my collection of Logitech's ergonomic keyboards and some other Hollywood equipment. ;-)) BTW: Did you find the two bullet casings?

When I was working at Microsoft, I discovered that we had a painting by my friend Michael Fajans. Facilities had a database that said it was in storage. So, I sent them an email asking if there was a way to see it. A week later I received an automated email stating that the painting was being installed outside of my office.
Last time I was there, it had been moved from the hallway to the central elevator lobby of building 119 (which has been renamed to building Studio-G or something like that).
Decades from now, this will eclipse all other memories of Microsoft. I'll forget all of the madness and remember it as a caring, humanistic workplace. They have my thanks forever.
