Anfang Februar 2024 stand ein Ausflug nach Prag an. Grund hierfür war ein Konzert der Metalcore Band Architects im Forum Karlin. Nachdem wir vorher beim Sightseeing zufällig dem Sänger Sam Carter in die Arme gelaufen waren und ein paar Bilder mit ihm entstanden wurde mir von der Crew ein Fotopass für das abends anstehende Konzert angeboten. Da konnte ich natürlich nicht nein sagen - eine einmalige Gelegenheit.
Die schwierige Lichtsituation erforderte es die Grenzen der Kamera auszunutzen. Nachdem einige Bilder vor dem Wellenbrecher entstanden, ging es hoch auf die Galerie von der man das Konzert überblicken konnte.
Eine wahnsinnig tolle und vermutlich einmalige Gelegenheit für die ich der Band und der Crew der Architects unheimlich dankbar bin!
Mit einem dieser Bilder möchte ich euch an diesen phänomenalen Abend zumindest fotografisch teilhaben lassen.
Architects - Praha Forum Karlin 2024
A trip to Prague was planned at the beginning of February 2024. The reason for this was a concert by the metalcore band Architects in the Forum Karlin. After we happened to run into singer Sam Carter while sightseeing and took a few pictures with him, the crew offered me a photo pass for the upcoming concert that evening. Of course I couldn't say no - it was a unique opportunity.
The difficult lighting situation required us to exploit the limitations of the camera. After taking a few pictures in front of the barrier, we went up to the gallery from which you could overlook the concert.
An incredibly great and probably unique opportunity for which I am incredibly grateful to the band Architects and their crew!
With one of these pictures I would like to share with you this phenomenal evening, at least photographically.

Rock for People 2016 (RfP) is one of the most popular open-air summer music festivals in the Czech Republic. The festival began in 1995 in the town Český Brod. In 2007 it was moved to the unused airport of Hradec Králové and since that time has welcomed many Czech, Slovak and international artists.
The festival features rock, indie, punk, hardcore punk, metalcore, electronic, ska, metal, pop, hip hop, world music, drum and bass, dubstep, reggae, but also theater, cycling, discussions, workshops, geocaching, team building activities, games and many more.
Rock For People 2016 is a rock and heavy metal music festival in the Czech Republic.
Crowds are smaller than at a lot of Rock For People's European festival peers, with huge lineups making RFP really stand out from the crowd.
Worldwide stars like Muse, The Prodigy, Arctic Monkeys, Pendulum, Bloc Party, Enter Shikari and Kaiser Chiefs have been gracing RFP's stages for the last two decades, with Hradec Králové hosting the show since 2007.
Theatre, discussions and workshops ensure that there is always something to do at RFP, as the Czech mid-summer sun helps to keep the atmosphere welcoming, fun and family-friendly.
