Looking Close... on Friday: Sweet Food in Square Photo.
Meringue nests with strawberry & blueberry yoghurts, cream, red berries fruit and (Christmas themed) sprinkles: YUMMY Morning Tea for the Grandchildren to create when they stayed at our place.
My hubby was very pleased with this week's theme as lemon meringue pie is his favourite, but it's not served very often ;)

since she doesn't see well anymore, its an anchor for her ~

pineapple, pear & ginger jelly made using 4 gelatine leaves in a pint of liquid comprising approximately 3/4 pineapple, pear & ginger jam and 1/4 water

Playing with an older Minolta macro lens....some detail from a beautiful late summer yellow rose. I'm not sure what it actually is called but it did remind me of lemon meringue pie!

We travelled to Hinckley to this gift shop that sold Jellycats. My granddaughters have a large collection of them. This gift shop was a delight and the shop window was something else.
My mom is having emergency surgery, and I am flying out to stay with her for about a week. I won't be logging on at all! Everyone have a good week, and I will be back soon.
