I built a Lego Megatron to match Malen Garek´s Optimus Prime that he built a while back! It was a fun little collab we did for IDS Brickworld!
I hope you guys enjoy the build!
Can you imagine the Autobot leader and Decepticon leader working together? This is a rare sight from an episode of the first season of the original Transformers.
The two leaders are in the laboratory-cave of a mad human scientist where a timer's set to detonate the earth. Megatron diffuses the timer but the energy orb is still unstable and about to explode.
To save the earth (as he's still on it), Megatron tells Prime there's no time to waste, and transforms. Prime takes the gun, slots the unstable energy orb in, and fires into the atmosphere, conveniently hitting the mutinous Starscream in the sky.
It's kinda like Megs but mashed up with Mazinger (Megazinger?) I'm still not sure about the wings; he could probably do well enough without them but why not go that extra step and see what happens? I still want to go back and hide his ankle joints a little better, if it's successful I'll post the updated version.

This is more the genesis of an idea rather than the finished photo. I need a few more light sources (and better focus :) )
This is the fassade of a bank in the center of Kempten/Bavaria. From a low POV it looks like a Transformer.
Ingredients:
Olympus 12-50/3.5-6.3
Olympus E-M 10 Mark II
Manual setup, manual focus, handheld, available light. Hope, you enjoy!
(8 of 8) Transformers (peple in disguise) series

Hi Everyone I hope everyone is well during these crazy times we are in. I have not been very active on the socials or building that much recently but I do have some older builds to post. Hopefully I can get out of this builder’s block soon and start building again. In the meantime I will post some older builds from about 18 months ago.
G1 Megatron - Inspired by the Revoltech figures I wanted to build a small but ultra-poseable figure. This is a Non-Transforming Transformer, if you would like to see actual Lego built transforming transformers please check out the rest of my page.
I have built a load of Decepticons and Autobots so watch this space for more builds to follow in the coming days.

If you think it's easier to make a mini transformer, trust me, it's not much different. For more, check out www.mocpages.com/home.php/24639
Much like Unicron happened across the tattered remains of Megatron and reformatted him into Galvatron; NS 8789 started life as a C40-9 "tophat" and was reformatted into this AC44C6M and renumbered to NS 4002. It also came away with a rather unique and interesting paint job that commemorates Norfolk Southern's effort to upgrade the bulk of its locomotive fleet from DC to AC traction.
Seen here, the 4002 leads Harrisburg-bound intermodal train 214 by the old Southern Depot at The Plains, VA.
Pictured is the UK Main Battle Tank, Challenger 2 Theatre Entry Standard (CR2 TES) fitted with a Mobile Camouflage System (MCS).
The tank is seen driving at high speed toward the camera...This platform is the reference vehicle for the British Army and it is held at the Armoured Trials and Development Unit (ATDU) in Bovington. This tanks internal nickname is Megatron.
It is shown during testing at the Bovington test ground.

The cruelest warlord and tyrant of Cybertron, Megatron has waged a ruthless war with the Autobots for thousands of years. His quest for power knows no bounds, and he will not stop until the death of every Autobot.
It's all villains from now until New Years, which is less than a week, but oh well.

If Optimus was here... the leader of the decepticons shouldnt be much far... Here we have...
MEGATRON!
hope you enjoy! ;)
While watching Jang Brick's review, I realized that the helmet for the Hero Factory minifigure, Bulk, looks a lot Megatron, and with some modifying, Galvatron(Movie versions). In general, with some modifying, could work out to be a perfect minifig scale Megatron. Same with the rest of the HF minifigures, with some modifying, they could look a lot like Transformers, some could just be extras, or lesser known ones. Credit for the original picture goes to Jang Bricks. Thoughts?
