At the end of the summer season, the once vibrant café sits closed and quiet. Its patio chairs, which once hosted cheerful conversations and laughter, now sit empty. A sign in the window reads "Closed for the Season,". Inside, the soft hum of music and the clinking of coffee cups have faded into silence. Dust has started to settle on the countertops, and the espresso machine stands unused, gleaming but quiet. The rich aroma of fresh pastries and brewed coffee is but a distant memory. As the leaves begin to turn golden outside, the café rests, waiting for next summer to breathe life into its walls again.
