This morning the sun was out, we haven't
seen the sun in a month of Sundays ;0---
So, The Monkey was loaded up an off we went.
Now lets not kid ourselves, I knew, you know,
we all are very aware, the mud cobra field
is going to be a huge mud trap, correct?
Figured I'd just dip my little toe in the water
for a test. Instantly sunk in over the tops
of my Orange Marvel Power Boots ;0
We had to fight our way down to the rest area !
Hung-out for about 22 minutes or less then
started fighting our way back out of here.
The Monkey was happy we were going home.
So was I ;) This place is a huge sloppy mess !
Once home The Monkey was given a soapy bath,
fed and put to bed. I took a shower and ate a little
bit of oatmeal plus some kind of Thai donut ??? ;0
sidenote:
see the photo of The Monkey on his blue pillow?
well, that is exactly where he is right now, watching.
another side-note;
see where we are right now, we need to
be way over on the other side 2 get out.
One more thing, no# 1 wife told me not to go.
Said big problems are waiting for us in the MCF.
Well, being a guy, we went anyway, why not ?
It was kinda sorta fun but not way big fun at all.
The coolest part was when we arrived home..
No# 1 isn't talking to me right now, said I am
a stupid monkey with no brain for thinking ;)
Remember, she's an earth girl and
I think she still likes me a little bit !

Martinair Holland 747-200 PH-MCF in hybrid Qantas colors taxies to the gate at BWI. This is what happens when you have the wrong lens on and don't realize it in time! I think this was taken in the summer of 1988, but not positive.
