Female Euchloe cardamines. Although the female is said to camouflage and hide itself a lot and seldom to be seen on the wing I was sitting on a little stool for some minutes looking at it settled in the open here before I desided to go indoors for my camera. I had little hope that it would still be there when I returned but it was,

This fellow has been returning several times a day, but each time I am unprepared for his visit and so have to photograph through the window... One of these days I'll be ready.
Hoping to capture a crisp image of him, but happy to see him at all.

Violetta wants to become an architect. She wants to plan on the computer and then recreate things, not forgetting to measure – she's doing brilliantly, and soon she'll be able to start her own company.
