I have been having fun revisiting some of my older images and using them in a creative exercise. The result is a series of kaleidoscope images based on KVW photography. It puts a whole new perspective on the world I have captured in my camera lens.

This street sculpture is a mix of wooden/cardboard cuts applied to a outdoor surface. The piece itself is based on a geometric triangular design formulated using a base plane mathematical equation.

Well, I very rarely take photos with my mobile phone, but here's one, from Stanstead Airport (UK).
The skylight caught my attention with the patterns of lines and the light entering the building.
I have played with the contrast, shadow and given the image a light purple tint.
Abstract images can be fun, along the architectural, mathmatical, 'patterns' line.

I made me. I made me a big nosed elf apparently. A couple days after i did this i came across an add on Craig's List that offered a drink for a self portrait. A woman named Kira has a blog called The Mathmatics Of Glamour and she was posting people's stories and portraits. I sent her this portrait and a story. She has some neat artwork on there as well as some very funny blog posts (I especially like the one about the lack of after-parties at Medieval Times). Check it out.
This Kmart opened sometime in the 1970s (I think) and closed permanently on Sunday, April 27, 2014, with its liquidation beginning on Sunday, February 9, 2014.
March 14, 2014 (known to many as Pi Day, mathmatically speaking) happened to be the day of my second time checking out the Xenia Kmart's liquidation. As told by the big signs inside, discounts were 20%-40% at least. More shelves were seen completely bare, but if I recall correctly no fixtures had been removed yet.
I have less photos from this visit because I wasn't there as long, but it's definitely better than nothing! (Heck, this isn't even my shortest visit!)

- nobody informed me about speaker budget until late morning
- the budget rate i have been informed is 700 THB/Hour
- the standard rate for speaker in joomla training course is 1,200 THB/Hour (especially in English speaking course)
- I signed receipt voucher from Department of Highways 7 Hours x 1,000 THB/Hour = 7,000 THB
- I have got cashier cheque amout 5,000 THB (7x700 = 4,900 THB, plus 100 THB for what reason I do not know)
- This is unacceptable business deal, but it is our fault that we did not clarify this issue before.
I do understand that the organizing company have to make profit and survive. I have no problem if they charge up to 30% on top of speaker budget for operation cost. This is very common in business. But not this way! to deduct 30% from government's budget for the speaker, and speaker have to sign for total amount.
It is my mistake that we do not clarify speaker budget. It still acceptable if I have to sign receipt voucher exact amount what I have got on cheque. But I cannot tolerate to do sign official paper with incorrect amount.
